This was the worst hotel for nose from peple when I was in my room. The nat. Gaurds. Peple we loud mudded shoes. I feel sorry for the peple who had to clean up after them every day and maid it bad for other quest in the hotel.

The staff at the Newton Falls Hoilday Inn Express are the best at what they do! The hotel common areas and the rooms are clean and bright. I have stayed there on three different occasions and have never been let down. I would highly recommend this hotel! The only thing that would make me even think about complaining would be the lack of fruit choices for breakfast (petty I know ;-)

Clean rooms and A/C/ Heater filters were cleaned. Breakfast needs improvement. The scrambled eggs were burned. We suggested that the attendant call the attendant at HI Express in Cranberry PA for the way they cook the scrambled eggs. Parking lot was ice covered.

We were just passing thru while on Vacation so we had no reservations or anything. The staff were nice, friendly and efficient. The rooms were great. Clean, nice pool. I would stop there again if close by.

My lady friends that went to school together take a vacation once a year. we found this Holiday Inn Express so nice we stayed at it going on our trip & coming back. It was clean, everyone at front desk was friendly. We thought original price was a little high. When just traveling through we would like to have a more reasonable price. Although it was worth it to have a fresh clean room. Including the carpet & tub which was shinny clean. The breakfast was great. No one should go away hungry. The milk, yogurt, etc was kept in the refrigerator & you could help yourslef to it. I can't think of one thing we did not like while staying at this Holiday Inn Express.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was well kept and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. The room size was perfect. We'd stay again.

The room I stayed in must have been the cleanest, freshest hotel room I've ever stayed in! There was a note on the bed with the person's name who cleaned the room. It was a nice touch that felt like a guarantee for the best service possible. The front desk staff and the lady managing the breakfast room were very friendly. I will be making frequent trips on the turnpike and will always plan to stay at the Newton Falls Holiday Inn Express.
