Amazing hotel! would highly recommend, very comfortable room, comfortable mattress and pillows. Food service was great for breakfast, though seating was limited. Would love to see more fruit offered at the breakfast.

Bien qu'il soit mentionné que nous avons droit à une connexion haute vitesse, dans les faits la connexion est très lente. J'ai utilisé Skype pour communiquer avec ma famille et j'ai souvent dû fermer la caméra afin d'améliorer un peu la qualité de la réception. Et encore, la réception était saccadée et la conversation difficile à suivre.

We were in for a hockey tournament, and the Front Desk and Breakfast Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay recently until we learned that our card had been double-billed with two separate transaction numbers. We do not believe it was a fraudulent act, but more of an error. Unfortunately, the handling of this has been less than desirable. I called and spoke to the manager and my wife also spoke with the manager in three more separate calls to attempt to rectify the situation. Hotel management repeatedly stated that they had only billed our card one time; however, the banks' management confirmed it had indeed been double-billed. The assistant branch bank manager personally spoke with the hotel manager on the phone. The hotel manager refuses to believe that it was presented and paid twice. My bank's assistant manager told them that they were going to have to file a dispute for the overcharge and the hotel manager said, "well if you do that, then we will lose money." Really? Not my problem that this hotel has an issue with their accounts receivable reconciliation and apparently a customer service issue. At this point, I don't care about the dollar amount that was overcharged, it could be one cent. It is the principal of the matter. This is how a Platinum Club member is treated?? When we go back this summer, I dare say that we will strive for other accommodations! Let's hope the management at the other Holiday Inn nearby works to resolve issues better...especially for Platinum Club members! Other than this issue, we were pleased with our stay. It is a shame to have this cloud the memory of our getaway, not to mention our time that is being spent to resolve it.

I can usually count on a clean hotel and a nice indoor pool and a hot breakfast the Holiday Inn Express in Niagara Falls. We had a micro/fridge and a spacious room.
