I've stayed here a few times before & have always liked the comfortable beds, the location (away from downtown), & the overall experience. This time, I was most disappointed with the food & beverages. The "orange juice" is so watered down, it is nearly undrinkable. The coffee also seems to be watered down as well, & the dispensers are NOT kept filled 24 hours a day, as advertised (neither are the milk or half-and-half dispensers). So, if you want coffee at 5 pm, you may be out of luck. I spoke with a few other guests, & we all expressed gratitude that two nationally-known coffee & doughnut chain stores were nearby, for decent coffee & pastries.
The building is generally still well-kept, but is showing signs of indifference. The vanity in my bathroom apparently had been cracked & repaired recently, & the epoxy adhesive had never been buffed out, leaving a sticky residue that was unpleasant. Some debris on my bathroom floor remained there my entire stay, suggesting that the floor had not been cleaned.

I would have rated my stay better but I was not overly impressed. Two items made me uncomfortable. After driving 7 hours, checking in, unpacking and getting ready for bed. We realized we did not have bedding for the pullout. When I called the front desk I was told I would need to come and get it as they were understaffed. The next morning while showering the handle while showering the shower handle fell off. Minor items but I expect more for the most expensive hotel in the mile area.....

This was a good stay. 2 nights in Executive suite was great, but a little on the pricy side!! Great location to the border, and outlet mall. I didn't know we were near the outlets, but it was great, we got complimentary green pass with a gift from the mall, only because the when we checked in the staff gave us a voucher for shopping at the mall. Hotel is kept nicely. I didn't like the breakfast choices. My kids only ate 2 spoons of fruit loops, there was no honey nut cheerios, or pancakes. they don't like eggs. juices was watery and most of the time broken. hot water was always running low. besides that, no negatives!!

I like this location in that it is NOT in downtown Niagara Falls. Still, I can get to anywhere that I want within a short period of time. The room was well-kept (as was the hotel overall), the bed was very comfortable, & the breakfast choices were more than adequate. I appreciated being able to get hot coffee in the lobby at any hour, although some decafe would have been a nice option in the evening.
This is my second stay at this hotel, & it is now my hotel of choice whenever I visit Niagara Falls.

Mario booked the room ( very plesent chap ) It was as described , A . few more hangers would be nice and when we asked for extra towels Bobby provided them immediately . Speaking of Bobby -- an excellent breakfast - omlet and sausage the first morning and lovely scrambled eggs and bacon on Sat . The ladies on the desk were friendly and helpful .Overall a very pleasant stay We will be back .

Hotel staff was very friendly and greeted me warmly as a platinum member. I did receive a room upgrade which was clean and spacious. Internet connection was solid.
Breakfast was good.
Not sure you're going to find a better value in the Niagara Falls area than here.

good value for the money, however, room needed some attention. Thread bare towels with holes, someone had thrown egg on the wall which needed to be cleaned and lights out in the bathroom. We usually see more pristine conditions in HI hotels. Slow to replenish breakfast items.

My family and friends have all enjoyed this location very much. The staff members are friendly and helpful. We have received prompt service and the accommodations are very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast is super and a variety of food items with fresh unlimited coffee and tea. The beds are very comfortable and the room was warm.

I made this reservation by mistake, thinking I was making it for another property on Niagara Falls Blvd. Upon arrival I tried to cancel the second night and was told that I could not due to the way I booked the reservation. It had been made on the internet the same way I make reservations some 48 weeks of the year. I called customer care and was told they would speak with the manager and someone would call me back. I never got a call so I drove back 45 miles to use the second night of the reservation. When I checked in I was then told that the second night had been taken off my bill. When I asked why I hadn't been called, resulting in driving back 45 miles, the manager gave me a room for free for the night.
I travel for work about 45-48 weeks per year and use Holiday Inn properties almost exclusively. Once in a while my plans change at the last minute. This is the FIRST time I have not been able to cancel by 6pm the day of the reservation. Customer care told me that each property sets their own cancellation rules. In the future I will have to check each policy more carefully.

The gentlemen that services the breakfast area - named Billy or Bobby - was amazing. He was thoughtful and considerate to not only my party but all guests he came in contact with.

We stayed 2 nights at the Holiday Inn in Niagara Falls, New York and were very pleased. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and good value for the money. They serve a small buffet breakfast that is included with the cost of the room and it is very well done and hits the spot.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through the Niagara Falls area. It is also very conveniently located for the outlet shopping and there is a very nice mall about 15 minutes away if you are there for the shopping.

This is a good hotel and have stayed there before and have had a pleasant stay. However, when we arrive we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, the mattress were against the wall, and garbage still in room. Gave us a very uncomfortable feeling. It took awhile to get us into another room, which was fine, but there was still some garbage in room. They just need to fix their housekeeping issues and it would be good.

Stayed for to days in Suite.
Big enough for three adults and two kids. I had to ask for a sheets and bedding for sofa.
Good buffet. Nice pool.
Could be closer to Falls but still OK.

WE STAYED HERE FOR 1 NIGHT PRIOR TO OUR DEPARTURE FLIGHT BACK HOME TO FL. WE HAD SPENT 10 DAYS IN CANADA PRIOR TO RETURNING TO THE U.S. OUR NIGHT HERE WAS PLEASANT, THE STAFF WAS GREAT & THE BREAKFAST SURPRISED US! THE BACON & EGGS WERE FABULOUS AND THE CHOICES WERE MORE THAN WE EXPECTED FOR A BREAKFAST. THEY ARRANGED FOR TRANSPORTATION FOR US TO THE AIRPORT QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY.

We brought our Girl Scout Troop #50083 from Northern Ohio to visit Niagara Falls, Fort Niagara & Lockport Locks. Excellent proximity to all - easy to navigate the area. Well kept property indoors as well as outdoors. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent variety of offerings for breakfast. We had hoped to swim and relax upon our return that evening but the pool closes at 10pm. - just not enough time! Highly recommend this property - would definitely stay here again.
