The room smells (like it is damp) a little but what do you expect since Niceville is near the ocean and you get the damp climate. The staff is really nice. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight Stay Clean well managed hotel with a good staff. No airport shuttle which is a major headache. Breakfast is the typical Holiday Inn Express menu only most of the choices where picked over and the "fresh" fruit look like what I would find at home upon returning from my business trip.
