I arrived and checked in. When I got to my room I realized it wasn't the room I reserved. Rather then it being a queen suite it was a queen room. No frig, microwave or extra sofa. When I arrived back at the front desk I was told the Inn was full. I wondered how I was given the wrong room as I had my confirmation with me. In the end I was given the right room but then was over charged. That took some patience but in the end the attendant was able to resolve everything and apologized for the inconvenience. The service at The Inn was great. I was disappointed that my reservation and billing didn't go as smooth as I expected. The Inn was also short staffed on Saturday morning.

This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express. I was pleasantly surprised as I am accustomed to staying in larger hotels with spa like amenities. This is a great choice for quick business trip.

Clean room and common areas, comfortable surroundings, exceeded my expectations, nice breakfast spread (wife, kids loved the pancake machine!).
