Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff. Very Clean & maintained property. I have been staying at the Norfolk Holiday Inn Express now for a second year on a regular basis. Last year 2013 consisted of 4 nights per week for almost 2 months straight. This year will be considerably more throughout the year. I have experienced very friendly, professional and a caring staff at this property on every stay. The property is extremely clean from the minute you pull in, the lobby area, hallways, dining area and rooms. I believe I receive 5 star treatment and a very affordable price. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in the Norfolk, Nebraska area. January 26, 2014

They remind me, I feel as though I am staying at more expensive higher end hotels- until the last few times I have been turned off at check-in as the Guest Reception folks are folding hand and bath towels at the front desk. This sends a message I am staying at a Mom and Pop motel. Please do not ruin your professionalism, your staff and property are bettern than this. January 17, 2014

Picked this hotel as website stated good breakfast included. The bagels and muffins were hard and the eggs were cold. Most of us had to wait until after funeral to eat because the quality of food at HIE was horrible. Not a good way to start a day that was going to be hard enough! January 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable beds Overall, an excellent stay. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. We enjoyed the Presidential Suite. Lots of room. 3 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom with all the amenities, 3 TV's, and pull out bed in couch. Continental breakfast had the most selection of any hotel breakfast we had ever been to and staff was always constantly ensuring that every choice was hot and fresh. the only minor con we had was the pool / hot tub seemed to have too much chlorine in the water to the point it was irritating on the eyes. It was tolerable, but would have preferred it to have been less. January 2, 2014
