I loved staying at this hotel. Everything from the bed, to the water pressure, the quality of television was great. The only thing I would improve on would be the breakfast. I understand it is a complimentary item but the biscuits and orange juice need a serious upgrade.

This hotel was consistent with IHG hotels in the small towns of Iowa and Nebraska. It was older and not updated, but not outside of expectations. Still a very nice hotel with very courteous staff. I would most definitely stay here again.

We were returning from a 19 day leisure driving trip and needed a room for the final night of our trip. Went on line and found the Holiday Inn in Norfolk. Walked in and a room was available. Pleasant experience all around.

I stayed for business and while not fancy, this hotel had everything that I needed. The breakfast was better than average and the managers reception on Thursday night was nice.
The internet connection was a little slow which made it difficult to do some business but it wasn't bad. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This Holiday Inn is conveniently located to many restaurants and businesses in Norfolk. Accommodations were very good and easy access to everything we needed.

Mary was very helpful and successful in helping me convert my business reservation to a rewards night on the last night of my stay. The hotel was full, and Mary coordinated with the rewards desk to make the change.
