Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Night Before An Early Flight As a frequent traveler and Priority Club member I was disappointed in the overall feel of the guestroom. It was obvious that this was an old hotel that had undergone renovation. The room was surface clean but had a dark and dank feel to it because of the choice of floor and furniture colors. The old smell from the bones of the room along with the dark carpet and charcoal grey floor tile really gave the room an uncomfortable mildew feel. This was the first HI Express that I have ever stayed in that felt this way and was not brightly decorated. Dated DOES feel dirty and that's the vibe the room gave off. Most people would likely be okay with it but if you are well traveled and use to bright fresh feeling rooms , you will be disappointed too. November 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Daryl We were treated very well during our visit in early November 2014. The fron desk staff were very friendly and the general manager even said hello. We stayed in a two room suite which was very nice and clean. The lighting and heating/cooling worked very well and was quiet. We loved the pool and spa area and used it twice a day! The pool area was kept very clean and nice. The housekeeping staff were friendly and our minor needs were met quickly. One suggestion would be to put carpet or a rug outside the pool area door (in the hallway) and perhaps by the elevators. An unexpected surprize was the size and selection of the breakfast bar! The food was good and my daughter loved the pancake machine. Staff attending to the breakfast bar were very friendly and accomodating; and kept the area supplied and very clean. The entire hotel was very clean; we will stay there again! November 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk-Customer Service My husband and I have stayed at this hotel five times in the last two months and would highly recommend it to other travelers. We like the two-room suite and the staff is always very helpful and courteous. The staff person handling the breakfast food is very attentive to making sure that the food offered is readily available. The hotel is also in a good location to restaurants, etc. I have looked forward, each time, to speaking with "T" on the front desk. She always has a smile, is very caring and is so anxious to make your stay enjoyable. Give this hotel a try! November 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable stay this was a very comfortable stay with a very friendly and helpful front desk including Tawanda, David and Kev. We had a spacious suite with very ample lighting and comfortable furniture. the towels could have been replenished better but it was rectified. the bathroom amenities include a small cake of facial soap that made my eyes burn. the breakfast buffet had sufficient choices and is plentiful in a very bright, clean setting.. there are many parking spots to be had. the internet in the business center needs updating as it is hard to maneuver and is very slow going.
