Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff in hotel that needs a major facelift We stayed one night in this hotel while visiting family in the area. Our booking at this location was accidental because we thought we were choosing the same Holiday Inn Express that we had stayed in previously in a nearby town. Sadly, the North Attleboro location is in need of renovation and repairs and we were disappointed in what we found. With some attention given to this tired looking property, I think it will be worthy of the Holiday Inn Express name. June 26, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by much left to desire Room: Light bulbs out, bathtub faucet leaked, room clock did not work. Check in: had to repeat information to the desk clerk 3 times, not given the rate at the time of registration. Not offered a bottle of water. Asked for directions to a local restaurant not given. Breakfast: Needed to have two people working. the person working was busy putting away supplies- not putting out more food (even when people requested it) Didn't clean tables, very slow. Checkout: Had to ask for receipt at checkout. June 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Understaffed but they cared WE were grateful to the staff as they appeared to care about the problems we experienced with the botched reservations, and broken phones and leaky faucet. We left an iPad in the room and they made the extra effort to contact us and help us retrieve it. We were grateful for that. May 28, 2015
