Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Like a Home Away from Home I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times. Location is convenient. It offers everything I need. Staff is professional and friendly. One of the managers, Sean, was especially helpful to me and made sure I got the room I wanted. I will return to this hotel next time I go to Rhode Island. The breakfast is an added bonus. Good food, good variety, well managed. April 8, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by closed pool without online notice and noisy due to renovation The pool was closed but we did not know ahead of time. As a matter of fact my daughters wanted to go to the pool and that was why we chose that hotel to stay in because of its nice pool. No hanger in the room. Noise and dirt on the floor due to renovatrion. Internet was disconnected many times. April 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Met my needs The view of the storage units on my side of the building wasn't great. The other side looks over an auto dealer. The hotel was undergoing renovations but I wasn't bothered by any noise. The breakfast service was good. I was in the area for a wedding and was out a lot, so the room met my needs. The pillows were great. I could usually only one. Usually I have to use a couple to get the thickness I like. The hotel is right off Route 1 so there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Below Par Breakfast My past stay was about the 5th time I've stayed at the Providence-North Attleboro property and I've probably stayed in over 60 Holiday Inn Express properties nationwide on business trips. I have found this particular property to be "OK" and I would probably book there again but overall it is at best an average HIE experience. This time (two nights# the hallway noise seemed excessive #first floor but well away from main lobby) and the breakfast was definitely subpar - coffee quality was very poor both days as was the patty style sausage and orange juice. The bacon and link sausages trays were empty and no one was rushing to replenish them in the 20 minutes I spent in the breakfast area. I'm a Quality Manager by profession, so perhaps I'm more prone to comment on these things than your average guest might be. March 14, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fire Alarm When first arriving, my girlfriend and I noticed a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. While the room didn't smell, the entire second floor did. We didn't think much of it until later that night, or next morning to be exact, we were woken up at 3:30 to a fire alarm. After standing in the lobby for almost half an hour, we finally were cleared to go back to our rooms. We then stopped by the front desk to ask for a late checkout. THe person working the desk seemed very upset that we would ask for this. After getting out room number, she stated that she "guesses it'll be fine". In the morning, we are then disturbed by the house keeping service that we were late to check out, and then received a phone call from the front desk informing us that we were late. I had to explain to them what happened the night before and that the night auditor should have made a note about it. After explaining it still seemed like a bother to the staff that we were staying an extra hour. March 4, 2015
