Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Expected more from a hotel that is in its' 7th year of operation The hotel is in its' 7th year of business and is already showing a few signs of being tired: Our suite, room 516: 1) Broken lamp shade at end of couch 2) Window darkeners - heavily soiled with what appeared to be coffee? 3) Window darkeners do not close completely 4) The extra blanket for the sofa bed was soiled with something "red" and required laundering 5) Lighting in the bathroom is poor. 6) The Canadian flag flying outside is badly torn; this is a disgrace to Canadians 7) Some Floor tiles in the elevator could be replaced. 8) the thermostat to control the heat is not reponsive enough. The room cools down then a blast of heat.The thermostat should activate the heater more often to maintain a more comfortable feeling to the room. 9) I was disappointed in the comfort of the bed/ matress The items above are the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel.
