Hi. I think there was a lot of sugar in the breakfast choices and this should be reviewed. The breakfast room is also starting to look a little worn out, It was a cold weekend and the fireplace should have been on. The front desk needs a few more take out food menus.
The mattress in our room was hard and bouncy , so we did some tossing and turning, but it was average.
The ceiling light in the entrance to our room was not working and was not fixed over the weekend, so it made the room kind of dark.
Overall though , staff were friendly and helpful and I will come back.

The hotel was comfortably heated even during the coldest early February on record. Common areas were also well heated - in spite of the proximity of the main entrance!

The fan in the incremental unit starts and stops even if thermostat is in the fan on mode. A fan on all the time makes for a better sleep as it does not start and stop all night. I finally got up and turned it off completely, however then hallway noise is more prominent. Other than that excellent accomodations. Thanks

We wanted to use our reward points so when I called the hotel directly I was told I had to book online. Although I did have some concerns - they were unfounded. I received a confirmation email and the customer service representative was expecting us when we arrived. The service was great, the rewards were very easy to redeem, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast (and hours) were great plus they are pet friendly.This was our first time staying at this particular Holiday Inn and we would definitely stay there again.
