This has it all, Great Staff that are friendly, hard working, pleasant and helpful!
Free Safe Parking ...and a shuttle into NYC that runs efficiently and safely and the right times!
Pool, Fitness Center, Business Center!
Yummy Breakfast, with lots of hot and cold items for everyone...Delicious cinnamon rolls, pancake machine, eggs, yogurt, fruit.....everything is clean and well stocked...hours go until 10:00 am...after a late night in the city you can still make breakfast....and they try to restock what was there earlier....
Rooms are clean, spacious , comfortable....beds soft and downy, dark so you can get some sleep!
Near the NJ Outlet Mall, City and restaurants...so great convenient location
Just can't say enough great things about this hotel....only two drawbacks were the wifi in the rooms were pretty much non existent...had to go to the lobby to use....and elevators are small and slow...but relatively nothing compared to ALL this hotel offers for the Price!! Plus it is only five levels if you choose to use the stairs and work off that delicious breakfast :0)

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ben35 Cheap service and worst WIFI connections I've ever experienced.
Everything from bath tissue to breakfast options seems cheap, not up to Holiday Inn Express standard I've got used to.
Breakfast server was rude and seemed unhappy all the time.
The wireless connection in the hotel was the worst I've ever experienced !!!!!!!!
I was not able to connect to the internet most of the time via smart phone or I-PAD or Tablet. Unbelievable.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by lisamr48 Convenient location near NYC
Considering the hotel was located in a busy area, our room facing the traffic was actually pretty quiet. Breakfast was standard for HIE, and the breakfast area was clean. Staff was polite. Pool area could use a facelift. Wi-Fi rarely worked. If you have asthma, migraines or some other condition and can't tolerate strong air fresheners, I would caution you about staying here. There was a scented filter in our air conditioner which made us feel ill, but the staff removed it immediately when we called the front desk. I would suggest you ask to have it removed before you even arrive. The facilities weren't quite as nice as most of the other HIE hotels we've stayed at, but if you're looking for free breakfast and somewhere to sleep during a trip to NYC, this hotel is in a convenient location. I don't know how nice the restaurants in the area are, but there is a Subway, Taco Bell and Wendy's right down the road.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Suebassoon Excellent Family Hotel near NYC
The Holiday Inn Express North Bergen- Lincoln Tunnel is an excellent hotel for anyone visiting NYC. The breakfast quality and service are outstanding! Our room was adequately sized and very clean. The shuttle to NYC was less expensive and much easier than parking at the Light Rail I would definitely choose this hotel when visiting NYC again.

The front desk agents are so nice. Hena was so helpful. She called taxi for us and even made a deal for us. Other agent was always there to offer help. Breakfast was excellent.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Suebassoon Great hotel for visiting NYC!
Visiting NYC for the first time as a family, we were initially unsure where to stay. We are very glad we chose the Holiday Inn Express- Lincoln Tunnel in N. Bergen, NJ. The hotel is very nice and has an outstanding breakfast. The service and the rooms are excellent. The shuttle service to Times Square which was only $12/pp round trip was much nicer and less expensive than paying $22/day parking at the Light Rail station and $8/pp round trip on the light rail.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pamg9007 Great Deal ..Great Hotel
The hotel actually exceeded my expectations. We were a group of 7 (2 Moms, 5 kids) traveling to NYC, and were a little worried that, given the price, it would not be a nice hotel. The rooms were amazing, the beds and pillows very comfortable and everything was well kept through out our 4 night stay/ Breakfasts were typical, but good - all the bagels were fresh, there was something to please everyone ... The staff, especially the front desk crew were always friendly and helpful, giving us tons of advice on shopping and restaurant recommendations. It really is a great deal and very close to the City. The shuttle is a bit pricey, at 12 per adult (this is not owned or operated by the hotel). You can grab public transportation just up the street for $3 .. the wonderful front desk shared that little gem with us!!! I would absolutely stay there again.
