Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor breakfast, no English speaking cleaning staff, terrible shuttle its all in the title, I really cannot recommend this venue. The breakfast stinks, and makes the whole hotel stink. The only thing they serve that is pallatable is the bacon, and they only serve that once a week. The "sausage gravy" is a disaster, it tastes terrible and looks like vomit, and the eggs look and taste artificial. But worst is the sausage burgers, which smell like old cheese and taste like rubber. I wont get started on the shuttle, but every time I got on that buss I expected to die at each turn, old, poorly serviced, mad driving and windows that fall out when you go over pot holes. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Really bad experience at this holiday inn This facility is close to NY city, so I booked it. The price appeared decent. Typically holiday inn express locations are nice and clean, they are very consistent in the overall experience, room, and other facilities. However, in this hotel, there was a bad smell all across as if the carpets have not been cleaned forever. The rooms were laid out awkwardly with a long walkway from the entry which was very narrow. It was hard to get the luggage in the room. The ACs made a lot of noise and the rooms smelled bad. I had reservations for multiple nights but decided to get out the very next day. I was fortunate to find reservations in a different hotel close by though at a premium. Based on my experiences staying in holiday inn express hotels all across the country, this would rate as the worst holiday inn express. I am never going back here and recommend people to find other alternatives August 7, 2014
