Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel, bad management I am currently on the line with them asking why I was charged 70 extra dollars for my stay. I added an additional night with my points and they call me on a Sunday morning asking for a credit card number. also the staff at the front harassing my girlfriend asking what perfume she wore and that she smelled good. there is a line between friendliness and intrusion. they should mind their own business. to their credit, my billing issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, But Leaves Something To Be Desired While there were several positive aspects to this hotel, overall I was rather disappointed with my stay. During my week-long stay, the internet was down for three days, there were no trash bags or soap in the hotel, and the bathtub faucet was broken in my first room. I also found the bathroom door to be incredibly narrow for someone with broad shoulders. On the plus side, the maintenance man was very friendly and helpful, I was offered a prompt room change when I reported the broken faucet, and the room itself was quite spacious. Parking was ample. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not satisfied I was disappointed by the size of the room. The bed sheets had a few minor stains. Seemed like everywhere I looked there was something not quite right, like a sloppy paint job, chips in tile. the shower curtain didn't close all the way. The entire hotel seems like it has a coating of dirt camouflaged by a pleasant smelling odor-ant If I was staying more than one night I would have left immediately. Won't go there again. .
