I chose this hotel due to the location of where my business activity was nearby. The only issue is that I never received my 500 welcome points as of today (I already received my welcome points from the Holiday Inn that I stayed in AFTER this visit).

Hotel is clean, super friendly staff and close to both the outlet mall and other outdoor activities. Great place to stay on a road trip for a day or a week.

I stayed last weekend and enjoyed the time. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean. I had to adjust the heat, but once that was done, I had no problem with the room. Reception was clean and cheery and the location is fantastic. I look forward to my next stay here.

My Husband and I have been coming to North Conway NH, for almost 30 years and has stayed at the Holiday Inn many of those years, Staying this year was a little disappointing because there was a lot of areas that up need updating, the pool can be painted the hot tub really needs painting and cracks that need refilling, and bathroom ceilings that need painting, I realize that it might sound like petty things but they are things that say a lot about the Hotel, Other then that i enjoy the Holiday Inn and will stay again in my travels. Thank-You

I've stayed at the North Conway Holiday Inn many times over the years. The rooms/hotel is always clean and inviting. The staff is excellent in every respect.

I generally don't like staying in Holiday Inns because the service is not up to par with the main Intercontinental name hotels. But I had no choice and hoped for the best.
Well. It didn't start off well. I traveled over four hours by car and arrived at 1:30pm which I anticipated and mentioned in my reservation. Upon arriving with my car full of luggage I inquired if the room was ready, if not, I asked to have the luggage held so it did not sit in the car while at the fair. It was hot that day and I had my computer and other valuables in the car. The answer to both questions was no. The woman said she did not have a way to store my luggage (not even knowing how many I had) and that my room wasn't ready because they were cleaning the other rooms for another group a bus tour that was arriving later that day - Mayflower Tours.
I really like my IHG membership and have always received excellent service but this time I was treated like nobody special. Am I not supposed to get excellent service being an Elite member?
She told me to come back at 3pm for the check-in time. I told her I was headed to the fair and could not come back until the end of the day and asked again if she could at least store some of my luggage. She said no and that it was fine if I checked in later that evening. Well, she might have been fine with it but I was not happy leaving my luggage and valuables in my hot car at the fair. It didn't get broken into, and my computer works but it wasn't a good situation.
And the next day at check out, she wasn't pleasant at all either. I asked her for a receipt for my stay and she would not give me one. She said I used points and there was no point in her printing one out that said I stayed there. Ok. I have received receipts at other places which state my stay with the charge and then the credit with my points. I didn't understand her rudeness. She said there was nothing to print, and she would just print out a plain piece of paper. Ok. I gave up! I will never stay there again! I was visiting and was expecting a fun time in NH and she left a bad taste in my mouth. I almost didn't renew this year because of the way I was treated.

I really enjoyed our stay in your hotel in North Conway. We were there for shopping at the Outlets and choosing your hotel was a great decision.
We will surely return time and time again
