Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable but overpriced Had a nice stay with my family. Clean and generally comfortable, very pleasant and attentive staff. Only negatives really were the soft, non-supportive, uncomfortable mattresses, very strong smell of pool chlorine throughout the facility, and high cost relative to amenities. But that was due to the upcharging of the room due to school vacation which seemed to be the case no matter where I looked to stay. Overall, I'd recommend it. February 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great winter stay in the MW Valley We came up to the North Conway area to take in some time at Nestlenook, Cranmore and the Outlets and had a great time in the area and the HI was a great place to stay. The room was perfect, the complimentary breakfast was perfect each morning and the pool was a nice place to have the kids hang out after a day of snow tubing. January 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable hotel in a good location Comfortable hotel with enough amenities and facilities for an extended stay. Location suits as it is only a 10 minutes drive to the centre of North Conway, only up to 15 minutes walk to several restaurants (one of the valley originals is across the road) and opposite the outlets. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is standard HI Express fare. The lighting could be improved especially in the winter for rooms situated at the back of the hotel where there are tall trees. It is difficult to read in daylight even with the lights on and the lighting could be brighter for night time. January 20, 2015

Two issues of concern, the bed seem to have a plastic cover over the mattress which made noise and was uncomfortable. The hot tub needs a little attention and a little more care around the pool. More decretive or color. Plants would help. January 15, 2015
