Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by problems Stayed three nights in the same room but on three separate reservations. I was told that wasn't a problem. The following morning coming from the pool in our wet bathing suits, we came to our room and were locked out. Had to go to the front desk (with my young grand daughter in tears), to get the keys fixed. Was told it was all taken care of but was locked out again the next day. The guests above us were running and jumping all three nights from 10PM to about 2AM. Obviously no sleep all three nights. Was not given my late checkout I was due because of elite level. Positive side, the staff was great. You felt like a member of the family. Stayed in a mini suite which was very comfortable and functional. The pool and hot tub were great even though the hot tub was down one day. They have a very nice breakfast. Going back in October. July 31, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel in North Conway Clean rooms, breakfast area, pool area, and bathrooms. Very friendly staff at all times of the day and night. My room was cleaned very well , as if I was checking in! Breakfast food was good for two reasons. They changed the menu everyday and it had plenty Of tables. Yes, I recommend this hotel! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Non-caring Attitude Breakfast was supposed to be good until 10am but when we came down at 9:30am there was no food left. And when informed, the front desk shrugged and asked us to look for the lady who looks deter the dining room. How would we know who she was? Not stopping by here again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rugs This hotel room had a very clean rug. Generally, when I have walked across others my socks are dirty after one trip across. At this hotel my socks stayed white. The hotel staff was polite and courteous and did a good job of tidying. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was that they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arriving, we learned the pool and hot tub were closed and would not reopen until the morning we were to checkout. Very disappointing. The breakfast choices were okay, but would have been better if the waffle machine worked. June 7, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend and stuff we had a great few nights, had some very noisy neighbors next to our room and noisy refrigerator, bad nights sleep. I look forward to a good workout in the morning, but no fitness center, my only real disappointment. I should have looked at this before i booked. But all in all a nice place to stay at, kids loved the pool. Arcade didn't work for took our money and didn't work. I would visit again. March 25, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet, Comfortable, and Great Service We will return. What can we say, the location is great, just off the main drag enough to be quiet, but easy access to anything you want. Breakfast included with stay is great, good healthy choices, no rush, no fuss, eat in or take back to your room, doesn't get any better. Staff is very knowledgeable, super helpful, very courteous, all you have to do is just ask! Very clean, upgrades apparent, very neat and well taken care of. March 19, 2013

After the front desk clerk told the crowd of about 15 adults to quiet down numerous times they just ignored her. Other people were also complaining but everyone was ignored. The crowd was in the morning dining area. I checked out at midnite and requested a call from a manager, I am still waiting for that call. March 10, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by pool rules We stayed at this hotel on 1/20/13 with other families and rented three rooms near the pool. We had several small children with us and we took them to the pool to tire them out after a late dinner. The children were well supervised, quiet and behaving in a safe manner, however the staff proceeded to kick them out of the pool (and hawked over us until we left the pool room!!) at 9:30. The pool is open until 11pm, but is reserved for adults only. If the hotel does not offer child rates on the room (a 4 person room costs the same if it is filled with adults or children), then it is unfair to discriminate against them with regards to pool usage. I also find it ironic that there are comments about children running around the hallways at night in the hotel's reviews. Although that is unacceptable behavior, if the kids were in the pool then they would not be running around in the hallways. This is clearly a family style hotel (note the lack of a lounge area and other night entertainment). Adults only pool time is out of place and highly unfair to the families. January 27, 2013

Having stayed at dozens of Holiday Inn Express Hotels around the country, I was surprised at the limited quality of this hotel. Seems to have been an existing property that was taken over by Holiday Inn. As it was New Year's, it was crowded with kids and adults. They were allowed to roam the halls until all hours of the night yelling and running as they went. We could clearly hear our neighbors on either side of us and they were not yelling. The tub had mildew all around the edge at the calking that was coming out in multiple places. Overall, one of the worst stays we have had in any Holiday Inn property. Would not recommend this property to anyone. For the record, I am a Platinum member staying 50 - 100 nights a year in Holiday Inn properties. January 6, 2013

This was difficult as there were children running up and down the halls for an extended perion of time in the evening. January 2, 2013

Overall, it's a nice property well located in North Conway (especially with a traffic signal at its driveway). We'll be back next year. October 27, 2012

The breakfast was good although seating is limited so get there early. The staff was very friendly and welcoming so they were the highlight of our stay. Especially the staff at breakfast was very friendly. The location is great, very close to shopping and restaurants. October 13, 2012

Great care had been taken to rid the room of lingering ordors. It was not a problem for us. We would stay there again while traveling. October 12, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Awful Room This room needs a total makeover, especially the bathroom. It is dark and dingy. You can't even see in the shower it is so dark. We didn't use it. Thank heavens there was a whirlpool tub. The living area isn't much better. You should not even rent this room to anyone until you update it. Especially since you charge a higher rate for this room. We stayed at other Holiday Inn Express during our trip and we were perfectly happy. September 28, 2012
