Right next to the Burbank Old Town. Lots good restaurant, bar, and the movie theater is also within walking distance.
Very reasonable price.

Getting a validation stamp for each in and out costs extra time for patron and staff. If your room key could do the same it would speed things alone. Then you would only have to provide a parking pass upon exit.

Good location near downtown Burbank and short walk to restaurants and mall. All interactions with staff were pleasant. Parking garage is not connected directly to hotel, but an easy access overall. Comfortable lobby area. Clean and well stocked room. I was surprised that beginning with the second adult in the room there was a $10 per night extra charge.

Excellent hotel and was perfect for our needs for the weekend. The staff exceeded my expectations and everyone was smiling and friendly and greeted each guest as they were entering or leaving the hotel.

We loved our big comfortable king suite and enjoyed the Complete Breakfast they offered. Friendly helpful check-in staff and very nice breakfast service. We look forward to returning. Good location near restaurants & movies, hiking & some attractions.

The bathroom fan was noisey and came on with the light switch. The noise was so loud that I used a flashlight in the bathroom rather that turn on the light/fan switch.
The bed was very comfortable.
The TV remote response time for channel switching was slow to the point that it made finding a show difficult. Also, there was no guide to show the programs on the TV by channel and time. This is a rudimentary capability these days. The TV service should be upgraded.

Was in town for a family wedding from the east coast the perfect weather helped to make our stay enjoyable the staff was very helpful with everything The two lounges were great to spend time with our family and friends the rooms were very comfortable and the housekeeping staff took good care of us by the time we came back from breakfast our rooms were always done thanks when i visit Burbank again I will plan to stay again

The beds are quite comfortable. But the hotel should not be so chintzy with room service amenities. The little plastic cups for in-room coffee are ridiculous. The hotel does not provide complimentary coffee for guests in the lobby.
Moreover, they should give Platinum IHG members complimentary breakfast. After all, we spend thousands of dollars each year at the IHG brands.

I was put in a room that had a very bad sewer smell in the bathroom. The sink drain had an icky brown fungus which was very visible. I was moved to room 1411, which was a remodeled room. While I was grateful for the new room, I have vertigo, and I don't stay in rooms higher than the sixth floor, which I said when I made the reservation. I did not tell the person who moved me that I did not like high floors because it was late and I did not want to be bothersome. The many rides I had in the glass elevator were unpleasant because of my fear of heights. On Thursday night, a VERY noisy family was put in the room next door. There was a loud crying baby, slamming doors, loud voices, and someone even twice tried to open the adjoining door to my room. After an hour and a half of this I called the front desk. Half an hour later, when I was asleep, I was awakened by a loud knocking at MY door. It was a security guard who was told by the front desk clerk that I was the person making too much noise. After he left, I called the desk, and was told that someone else had made the mistake - not him - but that he would make a note in my file, and that someone would talk to me about this in the morning. When I was checking out this morning, the person knew nothing about my bad night, and did not call a manager or supervisor. She also did not even give me a statement. In addition, when I used a treadmill in the fitness room, the TVs did not work. Some Holiday Inn employee came in and left after doing and saying nothing. After I returned home, I was told that a hotel manager would call me, but none ever did.

Was upgraded to a suite upon my arrival. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and very functional. The staff was friendly, the hotel food and beverages were good, and the hotel was within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I will be staying here again.

Recommend hotel for convenience. Good location for a variety of dinner plans. Hotel could be updated for the interior, but it is very clean, neat, and quiet. Will stay again for sure.

Absolutely love this hotel. I had to stay here for over 3 weeks and they made me feel like I were at home. The hotel has everything you need from free parking, pool, sauna, laundry room and several restaurants and shopping in walking distance! Great hotel!

Besides my daughter's 18th Birthday being held at Holiday Inn, We also stayed in Holiday Inn when we were in Portugal.
This year, we attended a friend's wedding in Burbank in June and so I booked Holiday inn since it was close to the venue. We arrived later than the regular check-in We were so tired when we arrived due to the 6 hour drive.
The manager , Roger was very helpful trying to move us to another floor because I did not want the 13th floor. ( I was just superstitious)
The hotel was fully booked that time and was told there are no other rooms that were close to each other since we booked 2 rooms. Fortunately, Roger found us another room on 17th floor where he thinks the other guests may not mind staying on the 13th floor. That was nice of him.
The room was super clean. Everything.
The price is within our budget. The Hilton was closed by and where the wedding was held it was like twice the price of the holiday inn rate.
The bathroom was so nice and clean.
The room smells good like new.
I hate the smell of old stuff in a hotel.
I definitely highly recommend Holiday Inn!

The lobby was spacious and grand upon arrival. The staff was pleasant and acknowledged my status right away. The hotel room was great on the 15th floor with a nice view of the mountain.
I have also tried the pool, which was fine. However, the sauna was not in service. The shower in the room was a bit small but clean. The shower curtain was a bit short for the size of the shower so the water splashes out to the floor a lot.

The stay was very pleasurable with the staff friendly and very accommodating. It is refreshing when the entire staff treats you as if you were a friend for years.
My only complaint/suggestion is to provide more lighting in the bathroom.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room I had was very nice. Front desk staff was top notch and helpful. Exercise room was adaquate. Beautiful views from the upper floors. Coffee is available before six am at the front desk. Lots of restaurants very close and within walking distance.

I was impressed with my room, it was very nice and clean. However, I felt that the lack of complementary water/coffee was a bit on the cheap side for what was being spent for the room. The restaurant was well staffed and Esther was an amazing wait person, but the cost was a bit higher than I was expecting to pay for the selection that was available. The breakfast buffet was probably the best deal on the menu. All in all, I would stay at the Holiday Inn Burbank again versus another hotel in the area.

The staff here at the burbank hotel dont care one bit about you. First i walked in and waited for over 10 min for someone to come from the back office to just check me in. Then after climbing the 14 flights of stairs because the elevator was broken. I arrive to my room where i have no towels or soap. This hotel was terrible.

I wanted to pass this on to all of the Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Express. I have noticed that you do not have any places to hang your towels. Only one hook behind the door. If you added a two hook hanger next to the tub/shower a lot of your clients would reuse there towels.
Think about Calif. where they are in a very bad drought and if you could save 20 to 25 percent of water from washing. Not only could you save water you could save on electricity, labor.
The cost for a two hook hanger would pay for it self in less than a month of cost savings.
The other request I have is your should put on your schedule to clean the exhaust vents in the bathrooms. It could be twice a year . You have a clean bathroom but a dirty exhaust vent. Seen this a lot in both Holiday Inn and Express.

Great location - close to the Burbank Downtown Shopping and restaurants and majority of times you don't need to drive. You can relax and drink wine/beer without being concerned..
Although the tower we stayed needs some reforms on the elevator, carpeting and air conditioning. Very Friendly staff.
