Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't mind cigarette smell... The mix of smoking and NS rooms on the same floor results in all the rooms and hallways smelling like smoke. There were old milk cartons in the mini fridge when I checked in and hair in the shower. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient to Turnpike. July 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Don't let them put you in a smoking room Our bad experience had to do with having to wait for a room that was a smoking room. The lingering smell afterwards was almost as bad as the smell of smoke and it was on all of our belongings that we unpacked while there only one night. The breakfast was nice. July 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The night shift lady is very helpful and did extra beyond work I was not feeling well and my wife tred to find a Emergency Room to see a doctor. At around 11:30 - 11:59pm, my wife called front desk, the front desk lady said she was about to leave the shift and to go to her second job in hospital. She said she could lead us to the hospital if we follow her car. So, we drove our car and followed her car for about 7 miles to the local hospital ER. Then she told us how to park the car, to ER, and other things, etc. We appreciate her help. She did extra help beyond her hotel service job. She is a very nice lady and employee. July 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and comfortable We always stay at this hotel because of family close by and find the staff friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The only negative we had this time is the convoluted way you have to use the remote control to use the TV. At least provide written instructions to follow - how would a person know to check the source, use the source control on the tv to adjust if it isn't on HDMI1 and then hit the channel up button but not the one in the center. Geesh, we had to call the front desk to have someone come and show us what to do after getting "no signal" floating on the screen. Doesn't seem like a big deal, just slightly annoying when trying to settle in for the evening after a long day. July 17, 2015
