The staff was great. Gary really helped with making sure our reservation was reserved correctly. Scott was very nice when we got in late and had hot cookies for us on a cold night!
The next morning Betty was so wonderful keeping the breakfast hot and everything stocked! She was so nice and pleasant. Elizabeth was great too. We stayed with you coming before Thanksgiving and made a point to come back to this location on the drive back from Oklahoma to Alabama!

Good value for the dollar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Amenities include microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and wide screen TV. King size bed was comfortable but pillows were very small. Staff was very courteous, accommodating and very helpful. There was a business room with computer and printer off the main lobby.

This hotel is absolutely one of the best hotels in the LR area!! It is very convenient to the interstate, downtown, uptown and the rest, as well as many area dining ad shopping options. It was extremely clean and the staff was totally committed to my having a great stay! I will definitely choose this hotel on my next trip to LR.

She has the great ability to deal under pressure, quickly correct wrongs and maintain a smile.
I am very grateful for her dealing with the singing troubadour at 1 am! While his vocals could be tolerated at 5 pm, the wee hour of the morning show was not appreciated and greatly disturbed the peace and quiet.
There were a couple of mishaps getting to my room. My initial room was in the process of being cleaned, so Amber re-assigned me. Unfortunately we both neglected to note that the room keys needed re-keying. So another trip to the front desk. But another smile and efficient handling quickly had me on my way.
A few minutes later I was in my room. Everything I expected: great bed and comforter, tons of pillows, quiet and a well stocked bath. On further inspection later, it was obvious the room had been not as thoroughly cleaned, a bar of soap left in the shower, foil pill casings on the floor of the bathroom.
Breakfast was the usual fare and I was quickly on the road to my destination but not without another smile and friendly wave from Amber.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by mmm1 My car was broken in the parking lot under 4 cameras and could not get a responce from the manager.
My car was broken into while I was a guest at Little Rock, Arkansas, Holiday Inn Express. When I went to my car and noticed that the passenger side back window was broken in, I asked the front desk to please call the police; ( My hands were filled as I had checked out; went to the car and had both hands full with luggage and etc.) the front desk person would not call the police and told me I would need to call the police with my personal cell phone. Thanks for the help!!! I have since called the hotel to ask to speak to the manager on several occasions and have left my cell number for them to return the call to no avail. I was treated well until my car was broken into; then it was as though I contracted the plaque! No will talk to me, acknowledge me, or return my calls. I have been waiting in filling any surveys from there to give them time to call me. But apparently that is not going to happen. As I am a platinum priority customer, and I am asked to fill surveys after each stay, I would think they would at least return my call. Apparently I am mistaken. After the police report, I returned inside the hotel to a cold shoulder, to my surprise as if I had done something wrong. I don't know if I will have a e-mail or returned call now as the immediate attention was ignored originally. If you wish to be treated as if you did the crime by all means stay in Little Rock.
