Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed stay We stayed on the second floor Room 210. It was strange that we could hear the people walking around in the room avbove us. The floor creaked constantly. I have stayed in many Holiday Express hotels and never have had this experience. It is as thought the hotel in wood frame construction and not concrete...I am not an expert in construction, even though I do stay at Holiday Inn Express quite a bit! I was left wondering that if there was a fire at this location, would this hotel go up like a matchbox! To make matters worse, the morning we went to check out, the bill that was slipped under our room door had an incorrect rate and did not reflect the rate we had booked at (i.e. AAA rate) and that I had initialled at check in. I have never at any hotel had this billing error experience. It was really strange. There were postivies...breakfast service was great and the exercise room facilites that I utilized were in excellent condition. Despoite the positives, I would consider other Holiday Inn options in Little Rock before returning to this location. May 14, 2013

Only problem was, had problem with room coffee pot. Hard to get to. Weighted to prevent theft. Hard to get set where water could be poured in. April 12, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Stayed 2 nights for business. Convenient to Interstate. Short drive to downtown. Nice place. Only issue was housekeeping trying to constantly get in my room before checkout. I was trying to finish up some work before leaving. Checkout is 11am. 1st time they tried was before 9am - before they stop serving breakfast. I left at 10:30, after the 4th interruption. I understand that they are just doing their job, but have a little respect for the guests. April 9, 2013

The girl at the desk when i went to check in was new and inexperenced. she sent me up to the room 3 times with me telling her the door was not unlocking right. She tried redoing the keys and then making new keys. each time the door did the same thing. finaly she got someone else to to go up and and look at it. That guy took with him some batterys. he got it working right. After that the stay was like it should be, comfortable and quiet. March 24, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Check in service We were in town for a family member funeral that afternoon and our flight arrived in planty of time. Our reservations were for that night and check-in was not until noon. As we had free coffee in the breakfast area, the front desk clerk asked housekeeping to clear a room for us. This kind jesture allowed us into our room early so we could freshen up for the visitation. We have the clerk's name but shouldn't mention it here. IHG can check the schedule to find out who it is to reward her appropriately. This type of service, provided without expectation or request, is to be valued and should be recognized. March 12, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Thin walls The walls seem to be paper thin. Could hear kids running in the room above us. We were told they were booked and could not move us to another room. Luckily, we did not hear running after 9:00 pm. However, I could hear the conversation of the guests in the room next to us from 12:30 am to 2:00 am. Next time I'm in the area and looking for a good nights rest this location won't be at the top of my list. All in all, my experience wasn't the best and had nothing to do with the staff.
