I was surprising my wife with a night away from home but My wife got sick after I checked in and I had to check out a few hours later and never used the room. I Advised the clerk of my situation at the time I checked out and they acted like they didn't care and never offered any type of refund. I liked the suite when I dropped off the luggage but I was disappointed by the lack customer service. December 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful hotel Great location, very close to a mall with most (if not all) well known American restaurant chains available within 1 mile from the hotel. Breakfast was great, I especially loved the automatic pancake maker. Other hot items were also available and of course the usual variety of cereals, yogurt,milk, fruit juices etc. Freshly baked cookies were available in the lobby in the evenings and coffee available 24/7. Staff were very warm and helpful (except the check-in lady who did not have a welcoming attitude - I did not see her again over the next 4 days). I had forgotten to bring shaving cream, they immediately gave me a free tube on my asking. Checkout was a breeze, I didn't have to do anything at he front desk. Overall, probably the best hotel experience I've ever had (and I've had many over the last 20 years). November 30, 2014
