The staff at the Holiday Inn Express in North Little Rock was super friendly. As a hospital employee, I booked a room here during an ice/snow storm because it is near the hospital. The staff was friendly and knew of restaurants near the hotel that were still open despite the ice. They had shoveled and cleared off the sidewalks around the hotel, which kept me from busting it. I arrived at the hotel early due to road conditions and was able to check in early and rest before my shift at the hospital. Alex, the front office manager, was friendly and welcoming and worked hard to make sure I was able to check in when I arrived instead of waiting 2 hours. She also gave me a bottle of water and a snack, which was wonderful! Thank you for making my weekend away from my family easier!

The staff was great. Gary really helped with making sure our reservation was reserved correctly. Scott was very nice when we got in late and had hot cookies for us on a cold night!
The next morning Betty was so wonderful keeping the breakfast hot and everything stocked! She was so nice and pleasant. Elizabeth was great too. We stayed with you coming before Thanksgiving and made a point to come back to this location on the drive back from Oklahoma to Alabama!

Good value for the dollar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Amenities include microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and wide screen TV. King size bed was comfortable but pillows were very small. Staff was very courteous, accommodating and very helpful. There was a business room with computer and printer off the main lobby.

This hotel is absolutely one of the best hotels in the LR area!! It is very convenient to the interstate, downtown, uptown and the rest, as well as many area dining ad shopping options. It was extremely clean and the staff was totally committed to my having a great stay! I will definitely choose this hotel on my next trip to LR.

She has the great ability to deal under pressure, quickly correct wrongs and maintain a smile.
I am very grateful for her dealing with the singing troubadour at 1 am! While his vocals could be tolerated at 5 pm, the wee hour of the morning show was not appreciated and greatly disturbed the peace and quiet.
There were a couple of mishaps getting to my room. My initial room was in the process of being cleaned, so Amber re-assigned me. Unfortunately we both neglected to note that the room keys needed re-keying. So another trip to the front desk. But another smile and efficient handling quickly had me on my way.
A few minutes later I was in my room. Everything I expected: great bed and comforter, tons of pillows, quiet and a well stocked bath. On further inspection later, it was obvious the room had been not as thoroughly cleaned, a bar of soap left in the shower, foil pill casings on the floor of the bathroom.
Breakfast was the usual fare and I was quickly on the road to my destination but not without another smile and friendly wave from Amber.

My car was broken into while I was a guest at Little Rock, Arkansas, Holiday Inn Express. When I went to my car and noticed that the passenger side back window was broken in, I asked the front desk to please call the police; ( My hands were filled as I had checked out; went to the car and had both hands full with luggage and etc.) the front desk person would not call the police and told me I would need to call the police with my personal cell phone. Thanks for the help!!! I have since called the hotel to ask to speak to the manager on several occasions and have left my cell number for them to return the call to no avail. I was treated well until my car was broken into; then it was as though I contracted the plaque! No will talk to me, acknowledge me, or return my calls. I have been waiting in filling any surveys from there to give them time to call me. But apparently that is not going to happen. As I am a platinum priority customer, and I am asked to fill surveys after each stay, I would think they would at least return my call. Apparently I am mistaken. After the police report, I returned inside the hotel to a cold shoulder, to my surprise as if I had done something wrong. I don't know if I will have a e-mail or returned call now as the immediate attention was ignored originally. If you wish to be treated as if you did the crime by all means stay in Little Rock.

We rented the king suite. The couch and chair were so dirty I had to put a blanket over them to sit on it. The bed was wore out and needed to be replaced. Needed new pillows. They smelled like dirty sweat. The carpet was very dirty. I didn't not use the "free" breakfast.
On a positive note the young lady at the front desk was nice.
I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.
I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties in the past but next time I'm in Little Rock Ar I will find a different hotel.

We had a great stay here and the staff was outstanding! The breakfast selection was not that good and the entry/exit are not very good, you have to make sure to keep in the mind the time of day when leaving or coming to the location.

My family and I stayed here on a trip to the Clinton Museum. It was very centrally located, had many decent dining options within a few minutes drive, and was in a quieter neighborhood. The pool was a nice size and very clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very standard, but it was enough to get us up and going, and it satisfied all three of my children. The staff at the front desk was magnificent. Alex was extremely welcoming and friendly. She touched base with us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Would definitely stay again.

I would like to say although there was a bit of an issue with the roll out bed the manager was more then accomadating. Management and staff were awesome to us.
Although there was a motor coach that arrived with more then twenty elderly individuals . The young man attending to this party was less the perfessional spoke to the tour guide with contempt in his voice and mannerism lacked professionalism. He was some what argumentive and put out by the request of having keys pre done and pre assigned. He blamed the crew that he had relieved for not having this task complete.
Seems to me with this amount of revenue coming in and possiablity of returned business he would relize this could be job security without customers theres no job. Due to his lack of professionalism luggage was misplaced and unneccessary choas was made for these elderly people and this bothered me. My family and I travel often and Hoilday Inn Express is are hotel always recieving the best quality of service. I am only mention this because I personaly would not tolerate behavior like this in my establishment or upon checking Inn. I would recommend this Hotel . But after talking with tour guide in hallway he said. We will never use this Hotel again.This Unfortunate.

could not check in even though I had reservations - the computers were down and until I had waited 35 minutes and pushed issue that I would go to alternate facility they would not check me in manually - many others also waiting. Then only after arriving in the room was I told that the cable was out and we would have no tv available at all. I might have stayed anyway if they had told me at check in but I wasn't even given that option.
BAD SERVICE I have stayed in this hotel before and gotten average service and use it due to location and cleanliness but I have not stayed since this event I have selected alternate locations.

I was only there for two nights. Wednesday and Thursday (Aug 14th and 15th). Wednesday night the comcast cable was inoperable so for the first night there there wasn't any television to watch. How does a hotel like the Holiday Inn Express not have a plan for when there isnt any television for over 24 hours?
I could not get my therostat adjusted to a temperture I felt comfortable
I thought my bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor

I travel ALOT for work. I must say, the service I find at this location is better than any in the 3 state area. The only drawback, which is kind of a big one, is the beds. This one was as hard as a rock. I usually am uncomfortable the first night and sleep great the rest of the stay ... this time I could NOT get used to the bed.
Overall, the service I rate extremely high. I just hope the bed replacements happen soon!

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was the best hotel bed I have stayed in possible ever. The only con was that I was put in a handicapped room which had a shower that I standing at 5' 3 felt too tall for.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel more than any other during our summer vacation. Great accomodations and staff. Breakfast was very enjoyable. We will definitley be looking for Holiday Inn Express next time we travel.
I have IHG but they keep sending my statements to me in German. How do I straighten that out?

I like a lil softer mattress because of my bad back but if you like yours really firm it is definitely a good bed for you but the pillows were awesome and the room was spacey and comfy. We heard some complain and saw them change rooms which the staff was very kind about. Problem for everyone was this: Basketball team was running in and out and up and down the halls and outside and smoking Weed in the non smoking rooms and you could smell it all down the floor and a pregnant woman was upset about it so she moved among several others. All in all I blame the so called Basketball coach! Instead of those at the front desk who said they will have to pay a fine for that, why not call the law or tell the coach exactly what they were doing on that floor to sort it out? Could have handled it all better but I guess they deal with this a lot in hotels and just deal with it the best they can. The ladies at the desk were very nice and professional and kind and helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfy which made our stay great! Thanks ladies! Might I add the breakfast was wonderful especially loved the pancakes& pancake machine =)~

Enjoyed are stay very much so, service was great rooms were very clean breakfast buffet had plenty of food, pool was clean water was nice. In fact we checked out the next day and about two hours later decided to stay another night called and they had a room. Located close to very nice mall , target, movie theaters & restaurants .Would definitely stay again.

we stayed on the 1st floor due to im disable. we were awakened at 2: a,m, by noise from room above, called front desk, never called back I had to said floor noise. we got only 4 hours of sleep I had an apt at uams and needed my sleep. we stayed on this floor before and same thing. I will not stay again until something is done about this. the front desk clerk said why did u stay on this floor again. that was not helpful and rude to me. I could also smell smoke in the bathroom. I suggest more insulation or fix floors.

This hotel is next to a Walmart, several fast food restaurants, and a discount dollar cinema within walking distance. As I was traveling with teens, it worked perfectly. The only issue I had was a man that walked up to my car in the parking lot and asked me for money for food. It spooked me a little but when I told hotel staff they were very responsive. In all, it was a pretty good stay. ;o)
