Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is dirty Really surprised . No were near the quality I expected from Holiday Inn. The carpeting is old with stains in hallways and in both rooms that I reserved . Did not want to walk in bare feet around room. Cleaning of the rooms was poor. It looked like an old run down hotel.Pool is open 24 hrs so there is kids running around while you are trying to sleep. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Huge disappointment to this Priority Club traveler I doubt we were ever offered a dirtier room. The desk clerk then changed the room to a newer part of the hotel. It was only marginally better and as it was past 7:00 we stayed. Really bad. I have stayed a many Holiday Inn Express hotels and have recommended them to friends. Not this one and I don't reccoment it to you. It is in very serious need of some major updating. June 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience When we arrived at 11pm I was not expecting the welcome mat thru door B to be filty and this was just after checking in at the front desk and they charged me $9 more than the price I confirmed via the phone. The hallway was dirty both at night and in the morning. The fixtures on the sink very much needed some TLC. The extra charge for my dog was more than any HIE I have stayed in and almost no green space to walk your dog. This was a very poor experience. June 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Time for an upgrade Hotel needs to be upgraded. This is a high use hotel as it is located along I-80. Extra attention needs to be paid to keeping the mattresses and pillows updated for comfort. Also, it looks like its time for a refresh at this location. Carpet is looking worn and bathrooms could stand a touch up. June 21, 2015

Everyone was friendly and helpful, however, the hall and room floor was very dirty and the second floor was noisy from 5:30 to 6:30 am. The trash can in the stairwell was full when we arrived and still full when we left. June 21, 2015
