Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel not up to Holiday Inn standards Upon checking in the staff did not mention that I was a rewards member. He was very rude and rushed us through check in. The hall ways have dark scuff marks along the walls. Our room was very out dated and not very clean. June 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Slightly better than sleeping in your car This is hands-down the worst Holiday Inn I've stayed at in my cross-country travels. From the surly, unhelpful desk staff to the rock-hard mattress, it was an unpleasant experience. I recommend against walking around in bare feet or socks in the room, since mine turned black after an hour. The only reason I gave them one star was because of the nice lady who worked in the breakfast room. If you have to stay near the airport, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. June 10, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed but dirty room We arrived at the Holiday Inn a few hours before I needed to be at a bridal shower. I had planned on getting ready and meeting my group for cocktails. Unfortunately the first room I was in smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk to let them know. I was told that no other rooms were available at this time. I was also told that I could stop down at the front desk to discuss a different room after they were able to check in the long line of people that were currently waiting at the front desk. After 15 min I did receive a phone call letting me know that i could come down and get a different room. My husband and I packed up and headed back to the lobby reeking of cigarette smoke. We checked into our new room and discovered that it had not been cleaned or not cleaned properly. We were missing washcloths, the bed looked wrinkled as if someone had been laying on it, the floor was dirty and the bathtub had someone elses hair in it. I didn't have time to call and get switched to another room. So I was forced to don my flip flops and rinse away the cigarette smell. The next morning we were up early and hit up the breakfast...I recommended not doing this. June 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Curtious Staff, Excellent Staff The Holiday Inn Express Staff made sure our stay was excellent. When we first arrived, our rooms were not ready. The staff made sure that we were comfortable until our room was ready. This was extremely helpful considering we had two young children to occupy. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The night we stayed, there was a motocross competition going on and there were around 20-25 guys staying at the hotel. In passing, they told me that they were going to party hard that night. At night, I never heard any noise from other rooms. Either they didn't party as hard, or our room kept their noise out. Finally, our son had issues with his knee that night. The staff was more than accommodating to his needs. In addition, the hotel manager called me the next business day to see how my son was feeling. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location average hotel Hotel was fine for business travel and very convenient to the airport which was nice. The hotel was average which means there are always things that could be done better but nothing offensive. My example was the TV remote somehow turns the thermostat on and off when you change the channel. Makes for a good distraction at night if there is noting on the TV to watch. May 23, 2016
