Your staff were awesome, friendly, and easy to work with in booking my room. Pleasant at the desk and asked if I needed any assistance if they were simply walking down the hall. Loved it. It felt like the trucks were driving through our room at night, and we could hear others in the hallway at night. The heat/air control does not have a constant fan option, so it would kick on/of frequently through the night and it was loud. March 4, 2015

If you need a place to get a good night sleep and clean, this is the place to consider. I can tell you that the receptionist was great, she could not have been anymore helpful. March 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel...just a couple of points however. This is a nice hotel. Housekeeping does good work. Quiet. Clean. Staff is what you expect at IHG Hotels. They were all very friendly. However, time to make a couple notes. First, this hotel charges a lot of extras it seems, that I am not use to at other IHG hotels, especially being a Gold Rewards member. First, our room had a refrigerator and no microwave. We called for a microwave and did get one brought up, but was a $10 charge. Then, on our third night we had our young son stay with us and needed a rollaway...yep, $10 charge. Now I am well aware that hotels charge for these items. Nothing new. But I guess on the very rare occassion when we stay at an Express and the hotel room does not have a microwave we were provided one by some other hotels for no extra charge, for being a "gold" member. Can't really fault the hotel on this, it is their policy and how other hotels do business. Guess I just got spolied at other locations. Only other thing that kind of irked me...on our first we had a "pizza package". The hotel staff member would not let us add on flavored crust to our pizza, wherever they get it from. We were allowed to pick what items, but not the crust as we were told it was "not part of the pizza package". Interesting thing here, according to the menu we were shown, the flavored crust was free. So hard for me to understand why we could not add it on, since it was free. But otherwise, fine hotel...clean and safe. February 20, 2015
