Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Welcoming staff We have stayed here many times over the last two years. The staff knows our names and many of our likes and dislikes. They always inquire of family issues. They make the stay as comfortable as possible. I would like to have the heating unit noise lessened. It is difficult to sleep with it kicking on and off all night. I would imagine it is an older unit. December 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service Son had "lost" his jacket. We approached both the front desk (who indicated they did not have it in their lost and found). Because he last remember having it in the breakfast area, when I saw one of the restraurant workers, I asked her as well. she immediately responded with personally going thru the lost and found (still not there) but also offered suggestions as to where it may be within the hotel. Jacket was recovered (one of his team mates had picked it up). December 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Managers reception Pleasantly surprised about the manager's reception, more than just peanuts and popcorn. It was enough for a good meal. Much appreciated. Downside was location of hotel by major highway. Traffic noise all night was terrible and trash dumpsters were emptied at 4:20am making a large amount of noise. December 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location - Great Nights Sleep This was a second time staying at this hotel. We arrived during an unexpected snow storm and the property was already being plowed and salted. The staff was very welcoming and our room was very clean. It seems a group of teenagers was there for a sports event but we never heard a peep out of them during the night and slept comfortably (great mattresses) and soundly. The only negative comment I would have is that it would be nice to have an additional mirror in the bathroom so you can see the back of your head when styling your hair. December 4, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by FH Check in was easy. Room looked and felt nice. Staff seemed great. The pool and fitness center smelled badly. Very musty. I am glad my room was on the other side of the hotel. Now this is not something the hotel can be faulted for, but somebody decided to lay on his car horn in the parking lot at 3 AM. This was followed by a truck of some sort with the air brakes and the backing up BEEP BEEP at 4 AM. November 21, 2014
