Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Nice clean hotel...but a couple minor issues Nice clean hotel. Parking is very limited. Gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. It was only 12 degrees outside when I arrived. I was quickly checked in but when I arrived in my room it was freezing cold....no heat had been turned on in my room prior to my arrival so I spent the first 30 minutes in my coat waiting for my room to warm up. There was a very loud party going on at the pool and you could hear it in my room...I called the front desk to complain and the clerk was very nice and said he could hear them also and he would say something.....20 minutes and a 2nd phone call to the front desk later the loud party stopped. It was 10:15 at night by this time. Nice hotel...just not sure if I would stay there again. December 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Northwood The hotel may not be in the best location as I was not in the area for the Casino, however the value was fantastic, and the staff was extremely friendly. The cookies set out by the front desk was a first for me, ever since I have been staying at Holiday Inn Express' religiously, and I must say they were a nice touch. The rooms were cleaned well and the entire hotel was inviting. I will definitely be staying here again. December 2, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to HI standards Floors in the elevator and hallways were dirty. Had to ask to be moved to another room because of a very noisy bathroom vent. Night staff was not fully trained. Was not recognized, night or day, as a priority member. November 7, 2014
