Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by nice staff, but dirty rooms upon checking in to the hotel, we were greeted with a smile, and the receptionist was helpful and friendly, however upon arriving to the room we were given, I was immediately disappointed, with some plastic cling film shreds outside our door (that remained there the entire 3 day stay w/o anyone cleaning it up), stains on the bedroom and bathroom walls from who knows what. There were also white stains on the carpet that really grossed me out, and moldy curtains. The curtains also had a cigarette burn in them even though it was a non-smoking room. April 16, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by SINGLE BEDS RECEPTION has insufficeint staff , catering or bar area Beds single , despite request for double , small sheets Car park is race course for bikers doing wheelies and speeding cars The outside of premises look tired from tennis courts First impressions are poor externally Tea/ coffee making faciliies limited There appears to be no staff visible and all young , no mature people on duty April 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by convenient location and comfortable room Initial impressions were good with the hotel appearing clean and modern. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. The room, on the first floor, was clean and tidy with ample space for two of us. The bed was clean and comfortable and the temperature in the room was easily altered to suit all needs. Breakfast was self service in a clean, airy dining room. There was plenty of choice, with hot foods being kept hot (I hate food that is meant to be hot being served luke warm) On checking out, the young girl on reception was friendly and efficient. We had an enjoyable stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again, in fact this was our second visit. April 2, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Woken prematurely On the face of it everything seemed up to the usual standard of a Holiday Inn/Express. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was its usual quality. The problems arose the following morning when we were woken by thumping dance music accompanied by a gym instructor shouting her instructions over a microphone. Not what we needed after a very late night!! Having been woken we decided to go down to breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast was the worst we had had in any Holiday Inn. not very well presented and with only side plates to put it on. In fairness when I complained I was given a proper sized plate for an English breakfast but why you should be expected to fit it on a side plate is beyond me. They are the only complaints I have of our stay but they were enough to spoil the stay. If it had been one of your competitors I would not have had to pay for my room under there "Good Night Guarantee" scheme. March 18, 2015
