Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in! Poor Wi-Fi, particularly bad as kept dropping in and out, not good if you are a business user! Heating in room totally inefficient and a lot of the channels on the TV did not work, ie. ITV, Channel 4, etc. All in all one of the worst experiences I have had staying at a Holiday Inn Express across the UK, and being a Business Account holder I have stayed at many, definitely will not be staying at this hotel again on my next business trip to Norwich..... Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant stay Very convenient for our purposes. Shortage of car parking space was a minor inconvenience. Some noise one night, presumably from a 'hen party'. We used the facilities of the adjacent sports centre, but were not impressed - we did not feel we got true value for the cost - at half the price it would have been good value. We will probably stay here again. November 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Better Than the Norwich Airport Holiday Inn The hotel is what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express - a bit tatty in places so just off the normal high standard. Staff were sullen - no smiles or charm. I've been to the other Holiday Inn at Norwich Airport which shouldn't be a Holiday Inn its so bad - this is 10 times better and ok November 18, 2014

Nobody would believe it's an Express; it has the atmosphere of a far more expensive hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is excellent. What more can we ask? Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mates weding great sleep clean room could do with sky tv only bad point was breakfast NO BACON OR PORK SAUSAGES and I don't know a cooked breakfast in England without BACON unthinkable all my bud also found this the only down side of staying in the hotel so put our BACON on the menu November 13, 2014
