Wir haben sechs Nächte im Hotel geschlafen und es war super. Allerdings muss ich ein paar Abstriche beim Pool machen, der eine schlechte Wasserqualität hatte und im gesamten Bereich nicht besonders sauber war. Leider musste ich jeden Tag rein, wegen meiner Kinder. Highlight was sicherlich auch die falschrum montierte Einstieghilfe für Behinderte.

My daughter and I stayed here the night on 7/24/15 for the Taylor Swift concert at nearby Gillette Stadium. The hotel was easy to find and it was visually pleasing and we were greeted with that "new hotel smell" upon entering.
Check-in was a breeze and there was a 2 queen bed room ready for us even though we arrived early (around 1pm). We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor (321).
Upon entering the room we encountered an unpleasant smell. I am assuming it was the new carpet since it is a brand new property. Overall things seemed clean in the room. I was discouraged to see that the desk was already very worn (the finish was scratched off the front) and there were marks in the wall. The bathroom counter had stains and sticky spots on it and the shower had an unpleasant "locker room" smell. One other odd thing about the room was the height of the beds. I am a fairly tall guy and even I had to "climb in" to these beds...my 7 year old daughter had to get a running start to get on hers. I am assuming the height makes it easier for housekeeping to make and change the beds?
Service was the star of the property as everyone we came in contact with from the front desk to housekeeping was super friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast and was filling. The one complaint was the apples were well past their prime (almost to the point of rotting).
Would I stay here again? Sure. The issues I encountered aren't enough to keep me from the property. I am hoping things improve as the property matures and the service was top notch.
