We, like others, didn't receive the rooms we booked in advance. We booked two adjoining suites with two queen beds each,as we were traveling with children. upon arrival we were given two separate rooms. one suite and one a standard room not connected.
The staff did what they could to get us into adjoining rooms that would fit our situation, but being full we didn't get the suites.
We were compensated with points,which I accepted, as all hotels in area were also booked.
I made my reservation through the hotel front desk to insure I could get the rooms I needed.
I would suggest not running at full occupancy until you get the reservation situation working properly.

This hotel was just built and opened about 6 weeks before my visit. The staff is well trained and responsive. I would definitely return to this hotel.
I offer the following suggestions to the management:
Provide a soap dish for the bar soap rather than having to leave the soap lying on the sink top.
Provide a shower cap tor the ladies.
Install a towel bar in the bathroom.
Erect a sign on the roadway so people can locate the hotel. You are located on a short dead end street and the street looks more like an entrance way to a mall than a street.

Do not visit this hotel during the summer months or Boston Area. The area is very expensive and not worth the visit! I will not step into Boston Area during the
period June through September! Too expensive!
