Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good breakfast but can be noisy The breakfast was very good! The attendant did an excellent job of making sure dishes were replenished as needed, hot and fresh. The rooms do not have good sound proofing. You can hear your neighbors talking in the next room. I would hope that it was just because of the holiday weekend, but we didn't get maid service without asking for it. December 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the Best I stay in many Holiday Inn Express's for work and this Novi, MI location is one of the best I have ever stayed at. It started when I arrived and was checked in by a very nice young lady named Dequinder (spelling ?#. What amazed me was that the next day this same young lady had remembered my name and addressed me by my last name #Mr. H). The room, hallway and elevators were all clean and fresh smelling unlike some I have recently stayed at. I will definitely be back here again. November 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Newest hotel in town Everything was clean, the pool area was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Decor was up to date and overall the stay was excellent. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you get 2 room keys, we only recieved 1. The rooms require the key to power the lights in the main entry and bathroom of your room, since you need a room key to access the pool area, we only had one key which meant a dark bathroom for the person who did not want to go swimming. Other than that the continental breakfast was great. November 27, 2014

I did feel the staff or at least everyone that I interfaced with was genuinely motivated to prove that they cared that I was happy and had what I needed. This was refreshing. November 21, 2014
