Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stellar Service I checked in w/o a reservation and was greeted with amazing customer service even before I was known as a priority club member. My room was moved based on the amazing skills of the front desk knowing that I am on different time zone and the breakfast crew would wake me up. The room was spotless, bathroom was roomy and the TV was great. The bed was not that comfy but the pillows were great as always. Breakfast was amazing. I went next door to Ruby Tuesday for dinner and was very happy with them as well. I am glad I went past 3 other HI EXP properties before stopping here. I will be back when I am in the area.
