Únicamente es que se encuentran hospedados militares y policías intimidan a los personas que se hospedan y crea un clima de Inseguridad.
Muy frio el área para desayunar sin calefacción

La atención del personal de recepción es excelente sobre todo del Sr. Reynaldo ya que a pesar de la hora (madrugada) atiende los requerimientos que uno le hace. Sin dejar a un lado la gran atención de el resto de los empleados de Recepción.
Lo único malo para mi que tiene el Hotel es la poca velocidad de Internet ya que como la televisión no cuenta con muchos canales, me gustaría ver una película en Netflix, pero la poca velocidad hace que no se abra.

Had been in Mexico for 2 weeks and when we tried to cross into Texas, the line was extremely long. We rented a room and stayed the night to try again the next day. HIE here has always been a great place for us to stay. Bed was a little hard but not sure if that was due to us being in the car for 12 hours.

noise level at this location is horrible. rooms do not filter out sound., lack of HOT water. breakfast has little variety.....feeding the customers is not a priority as they cater to the polica and military.
this is not a hotel for the business traverler or normal guest

Courteous and helpful staff - good AC - clean room. But, the WiFi was very slow and there was no refrigerator in the room.

Traveling with the family. I had no idea we would need a key to keep the electricity running in the room. Makes sense, to conserve energy a plus, but with three adults in our party, I would have thought we would have received at least two key cards. I didn't think to ask, as when I checked in, I was not informed of the electicity issue. No big deal, just wish we were informed at check in.
Issue number two, the next day, the cleaning crew left our door unlocked. A piece of card board was left in the key slot that controls the electricity. Seriously, we didn't return to our room until really late. Good thing is that nothing was missing.
Issue number three, to my wonderful luck, a boys baseball team was staying on our floor. Kids kept running down the hall, laughing, and putting stuff under our door. We were traveling the next day, so we needed our rest.
Breakfast was OK. Might want to think of some variety. At least don't make the eggs the same way everyday. The food was cold.
I will be traveling back to this city, but think I will stay somewhere else. I had high hopes for this place, but I was saddly dissapointed.

The staff at this Hotel takes a personal interest in it's guests. They are friendly, welcoming and attentive. The room and bathroom that we stayed is was spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The complementary breakfast in the morning was a tasty buffet with lots to choose from. The Hotel staff was most accommodating as we ordered a take-out dinner from a local vendor. We speak little Spanish so their assistance is much appreciated. The parking at this location is very secure and provides lots of space for parking in the Hotel lot. This Holiday Inn Express is a perfect choice for our travels into Mexico. We've stayed here before and will again. We also recommend the Hotel to others who are traveling through Nuevo Laredo.

MALA EXPERIENCIA CON EL SERVICIO A HUESPED. YA QUE AL SOLICITAR MI COMIDA CON ANTICIPACION PARA UN HORARIO ESTABLECIDO DE ACUERDO A MIS NECESIDADES DE LA ESTANCIA EN LA CIUDAD NO FUE ATENDIDA MI PETICION POR LA ENCARGADA DE RECEPCION EL DIA 8 DE NOVIEMBRE EN EL TURNO DE LA MAÑANA, RESPONDIENDO DE MANERA GROSERA AL HACERLE VER EL ERROR Y LO APRETADO DE MI ITINERARIO, EL CUAL SE VIO AFECTADO TANTO QUE POR MINUTOS Y PIERDO MI TRANSPORTE. POR ERRORES COMO ESTE ES QUE NO RECOMIENDO EL SERVICIO DE ESTE HOTEL, NO ASI DE LA CADENA.
