My stay at the Holiday Inn was once again a most enjoyable experience. The room was just right and the staff, as always, polite and helpful. I can find nothing to fault the service provided by the hotel. It is a pleasure to be greeted by the staff at any time of the night and day. I always look forward to staying there and receiving such friendly attention. The morning staff at breakfast are always cheerful and always have time for a chat which is a nice start to the day. I would readily recommend this hotel to members of my family and also my friends. Thanks for everything.

The hotel offers value for money. The staff are always very cheerful, courteous and ready to help. Good choice of breakfast and a bar for the evening.
Downsides are that you can't order dinner on site though the staff will phone for takeaways to be delivered and the rooms can be a little noisy if you are unlucky !
Overall though excellent value if you are staying on business and need a locval hotel :)

A very comfortable hotel and I have stayed there several times recently. There are a number of places to eat which will suit most tastes. It's just a shame that the restaurant directly opposite the hotel keeps closing down and re-opening under a different 'brand'! It seems like it's going to be turned into a nursery now!
Nice spacious and well kept rooms.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, the room clean and well facilitated. We told the night receptionist that we were up very early due to being in a rally at Mira the next day and would be out before breakfast time. He said he would provide a cold breakfast for us at 6am yet when we came downstairs he had cooked sausages and made us rolls etc. If only everybody was so pleasant and accommodating ? Thank you very much for the stay, hopefully we will be back soon.

Although not greeted as a priority club member, i was checked in very efficiently by very friendly staff .rooms the same as other Holiday Inn Express. Bar facility, but No evening restaurant facility. The receptionist (extremely helpful, but didn't take his name) provided a selection of menus & i ordered a very nice indian takeaway which I was able to add onto my room account & then settled down to watch the European Newcastle game. Not the hotel fault, but the fire alarm went off at 3.30am !! So wasn't the best for my morning meeting ! In Nuneaton 4/5 times a year, Will stay again

My stay at nuneaton bermuda park is always an occassion for great delight. The staff are excellent and always willing to help. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. The breakfast is superb and the staff on duty always ready to help. It is always a pleasure to stay here and I look forward to returning in a few weeks time.

Stayed overnight and cannot fault this Hotel. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Accommodation was excellent and really appreciated the finesse touch of identifing the softness of the pillows. Would thoroughly recommend this to any traveller. Would definettly stay here again, one of the better Hotel experiences I have had.

Room quality was good, 24 hour bar and helpful and nice staff. However breakfast was awful. Wen't down at 9:45 (3/4 hour prior to breakfast end) to find a poor selection where the hot food was barely warm and tasted bad. Buffet breakfasts at hotels is a bit hit and miss, would recommend getting food elsewhere if you are staying.

Excellent value for money and absolutely perfect for smokers as to our surprise, after requesting online, we were provided with a smokers room, Amazing! Clean and comfortable. We stay at a lot of hotels and would definitely recommend this one.

Good location. Rooms generally good. Mattresses a bit too firm for me and don't always join in the middle (room 212).
Have stayed here quite a few times and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is limited but its free so can't really complain.

i stayed at the Holiday InnExpress Nuneaton for 9 weeks, on a 5 night basis, sunday evening through to friday morning.
At no times did I have any complaints to make, well apart from the fact they do not serve bacon for breakfast.
The staff were extremely friendly and I got to know them well over the 9 weeks i stayed there. i was always greeted with hello Mr *, how are you this morning, did you have a good day at work etc.
I would use this location again if I was in the area, the accomodation was booked centrally by my Company.
I stayed long enough to earn myself enough points for a night at a London Hotel next month.

I have stayed at many hotels around the country, even other Holiday Inns, but I have never stayed at one where I felt completely at home. The comfort was exceptional, the staff was exceptional and the location was ideal.
Being an Express hotel there was no restaurant but the reception staff made it easy to order in and even provided a meal one evening. If your hotel upgrades in the future you already have a very good chef on your books.

Stayed fro one night and of all the Holiday Inn's I have ever stayed at, I honestly think the staff here werer the best and I have come across.

I have been staying at this hotel since it opened, and have seen a slow deterioration in general.
I do not fault the staff overall, management need to take an overview of the hotel and forget the 'this is how it is now and has been', and look at how it should be.
Breakfast without bacon is not breakfast to me. The food quality isn't great, but acceptable if bacon was a part of it!
Internet rates are extortionate at this hotel. Internet is no longer to be seen as a money maker, it should be the same as the TV in every room.... FREE!
The heating in the room is controlled by a sensor which puts the heating on when you walk into the room. The pro for the hotel is they save money on heating, the con for the customer is it is freezing cold when you return to your room after a long day.
In the last 3 years of staying at this hotel, I have been woken by the fire alarm going off. I am all for safety, but I've reached my limit.
Unless these things are fixed, i will choose an alternative. Sorry, but you guys need to think a bit more instead of just open the doors every day.

Had a nice visit and stop over here staff and hotel are nice and comfy it does what it says in the tin and very handy for the motorway
Only thing that raises my eye brow is they still charge extra for Internet....in this day in age I think it's a bit wrong but suppose its about squeezing a extra few pounds out for the customer, free Internet is one of the top 3 things I look for when booking, the other hotels local to this one that had free Internet where full if they had spaces I'd have been in one of those ones, that's the only petty fault I cold comment on

The holiday inn express nuneaton has comfortable rooms, despite being a bit on the small size. Breakfast is free but has limited choice. The location is good for access into Coventry or to the m6.

The multi-plex cinema just around the corner was a surprise and a delight but avoid the KFC at all cost - truly horrible!

The staff I came into contact with at reception and in the breakfast area were very considerate of my needs and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I had what I needed to be comfortable. Full marks in that respect.
My only gripe is that the Orange Juice at breakfast is very poor quality - mixed from concentrate in a machine.

Stayed Saturday October 27th. Staff on reception could not have been more helpful. Shared local knowledge which was useful too. Hotel room was spotless and bed very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and an excellent double sized shower. Breakfast a little chaotic and some people very greedy (but that is not the hotels fault). An enjoyable stay and we would most certainly return should our travels take us to Nuneaton.
