Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Stay Public Areas were interesting. Very modernistic in design. Rooms were about the same. Good furniture and freshly renovated. The hotel was quite and the bed was very comfortable. Good television service with plenty of movies, and a very nice large LCD TV. Real problem was with the bathroom! The toilet was filthy and wasn't cleaned again the second day. Third day, nothing in the room was cleaned or re-filled! The bathroom floor had long hair all over it when I checked in and was still there when I checked out 5 days later! No excuse for this not being taken care of. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. I would stay there again if I was sent to that area again by my company as the Holiday Inn Express is our preferred choice. November 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Second stay PROS: Returned home from vacation and stayed for the second time. We traveled for leisure using Rewards points. The hotel was still under construction and we were amazed at how much was accomplished in the previous 2 weeks. The construction process was clean, neat, and well organized causing minimal disturbance. The rooms, common areas, and parking lots were clean and well lit. Grass was in good shape. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with restaurant referrals. CONS: Please work harder at enforcing smoking areas away from entrances. November 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Value for Money I liked the cool stay in the hotel. Rooms are good, clean, with all the needed furniture to use as a office desk. Spacious room, neat bed, calm atmosphere made my day lot better as I was able to sleep like a baby when I needed most after both hectic days. November 6, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best HI-Express I got to the hotel around 9:00pm and while I was walking in the hotel front person was calling my phone asking if I was still coming. "If I didn't cancel, - I am coming". I wasn't offered a choice of bonus points or a hospitality bag or water. I walked into the room and the air was set at 59 degrees!!!!!! The next day the breakfast was late getting out. Not all items were ready to go. I returned to the hotel at 5:30pm and my room was not cleaned. At 6:00pm they knocked on my door and asked if I wanted it cleaned. I said no. Also, from the lobby to my door on the second floor, the halls were not vacuumed and dirty. I was next to the elevator which my request was to be away from elevators but instead I was right next to it. The people in the mechanical room behind it were banging on the walls with equipment going in and out until 9:00 at night. I suppose platinum does't get your request fulfilled. I will stay at the Staybridge next door next time I visit there on business. November 6, 2015
