Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed This was our 5th Holiday Inn Express in a weeks worth of travel and the only one we can not score well on review. There is extensive remodeling going on and while we understand the need for it I do not think they should be charging a full rate. If I had been warned of this when reserving I would have chose another Hol Inn Express in the area. The breakfast room was not big enough to handle the small crowd and we almost had to fight for a place to sit. The other guests were nice enough to let us join them at the crowded tables. It did not appear that our room was cleaned well. as we found remnants of the previous guests like a coupe of bobby pins as an example. I will say the bathroom was a nice size. I give a lot of credit to your Sunday morning desk clerk as when she asked me how my stay was I told her I was not too happy and she did offer an adjustment to our room rate which was fair and I and appreciated it..I probably will not choose this one again least while still being renovated..I take no pleasure in giving a bad review and have given good ones to the others I used this trip. The bed is huge and so comfortable and the room are so clean! The ladies in the front office are sweethearts! I will recommend this hotel to anyone! May 1, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and updated rooms I have stayed at this HIE a few times now. The check in staff recognized me and were very friendly. The updated rooms are very nice and comfortable. Due to the construction there was some noise in the entry but not much after 5pm. The fitness room was also being remodeled so that was unavailable this trip. Highly recommend this hotel for you stay in O'Fallon/ west St. Louis. April 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 4-19 Business trip The hotel is finishing up some remodeling so the lobby is a mess. The new rooms are great. Each room has a fridge. I stay here for work but when I come back to the same area for a visit I stay here too for the rate and nice rooms. April 26, 2015
