The room was very nice, however, the front desk staff could be a little more friendly. I am an IHG Rewards member, and when I specifically asked for water, I was told that they were out of water. I realize that they could have been out of their supply, but when a bottle of water is ALL a rewards member gets in return for being loyal to your hotel, I think they could have ran down to the local store and purchased water.

I was given keys for an occupied room. I then informed the front desk and the attendant blamed the previous shift. I was in the computer for one room and keys for another. For breakfast, I took a chocolate milk to drink in the car. After tasting it and realizing it was spoiled, I noticed it was 3 days expired. The worst part of this was my 4 year old drank a whole, spoiled, chocolate milk at breakfast without saying anything. Not a hotel paying attention to the details.

The room service and staff were pleasant, attentive, and helpful. The exxercise room was well stocked and useful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and sufficient. The rooms were spacious and appeared clean, although there was a "musty" odor present that reminded me of the odor in a wet basement.
Primarily, though, I cannot recommend this hotel to a business traveler because of the poor internet connectivity. The internet connectivity within any room located near the end of any hallway was almost non-existent, rendering it almost impossible to conduct any business email communications. Since this capability is vital for my work, I cannot justify staying here again.

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel staff were as great as they were.
I was disappointed though that the toilet leaked at the seal (to the floor), gave off a disgusting smell, and probably should be fixed.
The last time I stayed at this hotel, I never received credit for my stay (points) (2009), and I swore that I would never stay again.
I did this time due to the close proximaty to the post and the fact that your site used to serve alcohol at the evening reception.
This has also gone away, very sad. The only benefit is that your provide a decent breakfast and the pool, that I never used. A jacuzzi would of been better for my back.

This was our first stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Fort Campbell, and so far it has been the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was recently updated and our room was decorated nicely with a more modern style. The bed was so comfortable (Serta sleeper), and our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area had plenty of places to sit, and in the evening they do a snack time from 6-8. We didn't use the pool due to our schedule, but it was very nice looking in an enclosed glass area. We have family in the area, and we our so happy to have found this hotel to stay at when visiting them.

Being near Ft Campbell, home to the famed 101st Airborne and several Special Operations Units, your hotel must be used to soldiers arriving from Afghanistan starting 3 months ago, however you made my wife and I feel relaxed after our long drive from South Carolina. More importantly, our returning soldier was welcomed warmly by your staff and made to feel at home. After a year of active combat and worse for him, 3 days of zero sleep (he cannot sleep on airplanes), he understandably was nervous and out of whack for a few days. However, he stayed with you all, introduced himself to what a hot bath felt like, and ate your free breakfast and afternoon snacks. Although he is a Ranger and was recently made an Infantry Sergeant during combat, we could not help but worry when we departed. However, you gave him a safe and caring home during his post-deployment duties and he finally adjusted back to the real world and is back to his old self. You should be proud of what you do everyday. It really makes a difference for tired soldiers and their families! Thanks to you all!!

From the moment we checked in, the staff at this Holiday Inn Express were extremely friendly and welcoming. This was made even more clear the first time my family and I showed up for breakfast. The staff member covering the breakfast area, Michelle, had a huge smile on her face, and went out of her way to make my two-year old happy and to get my six-month old to smile. She was there every morning with the same cheerful disposition, and always willing to help out. She definitely helped make our days start off right! We would definitely recommend this HIE as a place to stay, but would only ask that the rooms be just a little bit bigger if you're like us and need to accommodate a larger family.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The hotel provided me what I needed at the time during my stay. The staff was pleasant and attentive. However, I did have an experience with the bathroom that I did not inform the staff about until my departure. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and released back after each flush. The staff who checked us out felt bad and reduced our bill by $15. I found that very kind and thoughtful indeed. I will stay again in spite of this experience as this was my second stay and the first stay was pleasant.

They will give you a rate and then charge you a different one! Watch your account to see what you are charged after you leave! Manager is very rude and will not help you to resolve the situation, she will simply say that you don't know what you're talking about.

While working on Fort Campbell, I stayed at this hotel. Save your Per Diem by eating the nightly provided food that is enough to meet dinner requirements. They make a simple dinner every night except Sunday. This is in addition to the standard free breakfast. Very friendly staff....closest hotel to post!!!

A very nice place to stay when traveling. They even feed you dinner. It's a nice treat when you've been traveling and all you want to do is get off the road. Rooms was nice and clean. His is going in our favorite place to stay.

This hotel is need of a serious remodel. The a/c has bad musty smell coming out of it, they even have a airfresher clipped to the vent to mask some of the orders. Pillows are old and worn out. I will never stay at this location again, staff could care less as well very uncomfortable stay. Did not even welcome me as a platinum member.

Only stayed a day w only 3 hours sleep due to military homecoming being at 2am. The location was perfect and had plenty of food options right across the street. The pool was nice and clean and the rooms were nice.

Have stayed at this location several times. Very nice and great prices! Staff very friendly and extremly helpfull for the most part! Kate at the front desk is amazing!! I always look forward to my stay knowing it is going to be top knotch!
Only downfall i have found....the eggs at breakfast are not the best and the pancake machine is out of order alot :(

Unlike other hotels, I cannot hear through the walls of the adjoining rooms. Although the rooms are somewhat small in square footage, they have made these rooms very effecient in space. Each visit was just like the previous one; clean rooms, helpful staff, the most confortable bed and pillows I have ever experienced and a great overall stay. I enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness room and the breakfast items are good. This is the first hotel for me that serves a snack to their guests every evening!
Great customer service! As a frequent flyer and IHG member, they always have some cookies and water in my room when I arrive - nice touch, that made me feel welcome.

This is the 3rd. time I have stayed at this hotel and I love it there. The hotel is clean, the rooms are great and I can't say enough about the staff there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This staff truly cares about their guest.

Two days prior to our stay here I called and made a reservsation. After travelling for six hours we arrive at the hotel I find out that I do not have a reservation. The lady working the front desk was not helpful at all and very rude. After calling IHG I find out that my reservation was for a hotel in Texas. Luckily the gentlemen on the phone was able to work with me and get that straighten out. When I went back in to get a room the worker continued to be rude and refused to give me a military discount. I was tired and didn't feel like arguing so I took what they offered. Once we parked and started moving inside, the door closest to our location had a damaged card reader and to add insult, the work at the front desk walked by this area, looked at us and continued about her way. The next morning when we decided to let our daughters swim, the pool wasn't opened and we were informed that nothing was wrong with it. They just hadn't taken the time to open it.

Chose to stay here while on business & found this property to be a big disappointment. When I stepped into the room, I thought I was stepping into the bathroom first, UGH! Then the room, KING size, was terribly small. Wake up calls were late & staff not very concerned about this. I was here on BUSINESS, therefore, I believe it reasonable to expect to get one's wake-up call on time. Instead, mine were 10 min to 15 minuets late! The last straw was the housekeeping staff moving/touching my personal items on the bathroom counter. There was NO NEED for them to touch or move any of my belongings!!! Does anyone wonder why I checked out early? I have been traveling for business since 1994 & have occasionally run into this type of thing. However, it has NEVER been appreciated & I NEVER return to such an establishment.

My husband, grandson and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Oak Grove for 5 days. We were there to welcome our son home from Afghanistan. From the first interaction with the staff until the time we left everyone was great. Thank you to Fidy, Amanda, Priscilla and Pamela. These ladies were awesome. Breakfast was tasty; the selection was ample and hot. I'm not much of a cheese fan, would prefer omelets without cheese. There was a Waffle House across the highway, no reason to have breakfast there.
Microwave and refrigerator were a plus.
We had the manager’s reception a couple of nights, no need to eat out for dinner unless you wanted too.
Pool could have been warmer; there is a retractable roof which was opened to allow fresh air in.
Wal-Mart, small strip mall and Ft. Campbell were within 2 miles.
We plan to visit Ft. Campbell again before my son transitions we will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express Oak Grove.

My family has stayed here multiple times . The only flaw during our last stay was that the air conditioner would not work , no matter what we tried . After notifying the front desk , the a.c. was repaired in roughly 10 minutes . As usual , another excellent stay .

The service and hospitality was way more than excellent. This is our second stay at this location in 2 years. Recently renovated, we couldn't stay last September because not all floors were available. Though we were comfortable at the other Hotel we stayed at, we always prefer Holiday Inn Express. The service is always above and beyond the excellent rating, and all the locations that we have stayed.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The rooms was awkward. The bathroom was small and the layout of the room was uncomfortable. The room did not cool down very well. It was not worthy of complaining with amazing staff. The team members make the stay worthwhile. We enjoyed the check in process. We were greeted as priority club members. The auditor was very kind and used my name. The breakfast was nice and hot. The renovation was note worthy. It gave the hotel a fresh look. Overall, it was a good stay. We were there for a quick stop before we made it to Atlanta.

Stayed there for 10 days while on business. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are quite comfortable. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and a pleasure to talk to and wind down after a long day at work. The workout facilities were adequate and easy access to the freeway and dinner locations, or , if you just don't feel like going out, they serve a happy hour every day in the lobby at 6pm with finger foods that were great.

Didn't really care for our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The clerk behind the desk wasn't very good. Never greeted us as Priority Club Members or offered any extras. She didn't really know where to go eat unless we drove 10 to 15 miles away. We left the hotel and turned south. Within six miles there were eating places. Asked to use a phone book cause there was none in our room. She couldn't find one. Sign outside said this was a grand opening, hotel didn't look in that good of shape to just be opening.
