Once again the staff, room and everything were to my expectations and that is why I will keep coming back to stay at this hotel when I visit Ft. Campbell. The staff was very good, room nice, and breakfast break area and managers reception area meeting everyone's needs. If you went away hungry it was your own fault.

The mini Refrigerator was missing the control knob on day one, complained to front office about the refrigerator was freezing my drinks and anything else I put in the fridge after 24 hours. The put a new knob on the fridge but that did not fix the problem. I complained twice more in the 4 weeks I was there and the staff's attitude was that they didn't care and that was all that they had. For a supposedly remodeled hotel, the overall appearance and how the appliances worked I would say that was a big leap.

We used to stay here all the time when we visited our son and his family at Fr Campbell.He was temporarily station at Ft Sam Houston for 4 years so we hadn’t visited here for a while. He finally went back to Campbell. Well, when we came down over Easter to visit we stayed here again, and again it was fantastic. Rooms are clean, quiet and well furnished. Staff is very friendly, especially in the breakfast area. They go out of their way to help and be friendly. We want to thank them for their hospitality and we look forward to our next stay

Very comfortable bed, room decorated very nicely, staff was most helpful & friendly, very efficient service & access to room, overall pleasant experience.
Only complaint was the breakfast bar.....pancake maker was broken ( should have been in working order for breakfast), but the rest of breakfast choices were fine.
If needed, I will definitely stay here in the future.

On our latest trip from Florida to Illinois we stayed two nights in two different Holiday Inn properties. The first in Dothan, Alabama and then in Oak Grove, Kentucky. Our overall experience was excellent.
Rooms were well appointed, very clean and quiet.
Check-in at both locations were handled quickly and professionally.
We would give the frontdesk personnel at Oak Grove the highest praise for their continual desire to provide assistance from the minute we arrived until we left.
Both properties had swimming pools, but unfortunately the Dothan pool was outside an unusable. The Dothan Holiday Inn however, did have a hottub which was a plus If the hottub would have been hot!

Stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in late March and was very pleased. The hotel was very clean and fresh smelling. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was always cleaned and the bedding was fresh. Loved the hot breakfast choices and the managers reception. Pool was clean, a bit cool. Only bad thing I could possibly say is that I wish they had kept their hot tub.

I travel a bit and have many choices, but when I am at Ft Campbell I only choose here. The staff is the best. They ROCK! The hotel was recently renovated and is really well done. I would recomend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here on our way south and enjoyed the stay so much that we stopped here again on the way back. Staff was good and the accomodations were great. We got a good nights sleep both visits. That is unusual for us to get good sleep when visiting a motel. The breakfast was good on both visits.

Property was in process of remodeling. The room was clean and confortable. Punch List: Check the hot and cold water connections for the sink. Ours was reversed from normal convention.

Currently finishing a decor update that did not interfere with our stay. We enjoyed it enough to book a second time on our return from Florida. It is convenient from the highway as well.

My stay was very enjoyable and mostly relaxing. The hotel was being upgraded, so there was construction going on during the day, which was noisy. The construction was almost finished though. Once complete it will be a great place to stay. Beds were a little hard which may be due to the fact that they were new. Overall experience was great.

Underconstrution, so obviously there were some issues. This would be expected during this period. I have stayed in the past and believe that this location will continue to be a very nice location to stay at. The construction did continue fairly late though. Might discontinue earlier than 8:00pm.

I'd highly recommend HolidayInn Express at Oak Grove for hospitality, helpful and friendly staff and (in my case) short distance to Fort Campbell.

It should be disclosed at the time the reservation is made if a property is undergoing renovatons. Then the consumer can make an informed decision. This property is currently undergoing renovations. Our room had already been renovated and was clean and comfortable. Oddly, the bathroom counter is at the door and is the first thing seen upon entering the room. I do not like this layout. The breakfast area was cramped and very busy. I had no choice but to choose a table that then had people choosing their food at my elbow. Children were running around and breakfast was very distracting. The renovation workers then came in and cleaned out the cinnamon rolls. I thought that food was for paying guests, not contruction workers working at the site. This seemed very unprofessional to me.

After a very long day of driving, it was great to sleep in a very comfortable and clean room. there was some construction taking place on the first and second floors but it did not interfere at all. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable for the one night we were staying there. I would like to thank the hotel staff and management.

Looked okay from the outside however, when you walk in looks like a tornado hit it. Construction crews everywhere. NOISE>>>>NOISE>>>>NOISE>>>. I was sitting in my room at 6pm one night and I swear there was a herd of elephants jumping up and down on the floor above me. I actually had to go up there and ask them to knock it off. Also, the first night I'm sitting there in the dimly lit room (even with all the lights on# and I see motion out of the corner of my eye. It was a huge frickin spider. First, thing I did was look up spiders #specifically brown recluse# on my iPad. Well it was to hard to tell with a squashed spider versus the picture. About ten minutes later spider #2 showed up. Species still unknown as it got squished instantly.
I slept with the desk light on the entire time I was there #a week) in hopes of keeping the spiders in their hiding places and not on my bed like the first one was.
Managers night should have been called guinea pig taste test night lol. I had images of what a homless shelter meal would be like. The construction should have been to update the rooms. It wasn't they were doing hallways. My room had rusty door jams, dirty feeling carpet, not the usual for an IHG Holiday Inn Express. I will not stay here again ever, for any reason.

While traveling home we decided to spend the night here. It was located in a great location right off of the interstate. The worker at the front desk was extremely helpful. The location was under construction but it didn't hinder going from the vehicle to the room. The only complaint that we had was that the side door wasn't operable due to the construction. Other than that it was a great experience.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. There are some minor inconveniences, but they are over-shadowed by the staff! I was here for three weeks during the renovation and went home for a weekend. I could have chosen any hotel in the area, but chose to return for another week. Anytime I come to this area I will stay at this location! This is my fourth week here.

This hotel is current ly under construction. I was not told about this prior to arriving. I stayed here because it was listed as having an indoor pool and a breakfast. The pool was "closed for renovation" and the breakfast was not good. I will not be staying here again. The paint smell gave my husband a headache and the rooms are very small. Also when I booked the room I listed that there would be two adult and two children but when I got to the room there was only towels for three. I would have just left after seeing allthe construction but I would have been charged for the night and did not have other choices. Don't worry, next time I stay in Clarksville I will stay somewhere else. And since I was in town for a soccer tourney I will direct those on the team to stay elsewhere also. BYE BYE FORT CAMPBELL HI EXPRESS!!!! I was not even recognized as a Priority Member.
