The hotel is an excellent property. It has the appearance of a new and modern hotel, with nice furniture, comfortable beds, and very clean bathrooms. What impressed me most with the property though was the staff. They were incredibly friendly at check in and during breakfast the following morning. What impressed me most was their honesty. My sister in-law loaned us an IPad and a Kindle for our road trip. Upon returning home, we realized we forgot both at the hotel. We called the hotel and the manager assured he would speak with housekeeping. I was sure we would never see the IPad or kindle again and I would soon be buying replacements. You can imagine my elation when the manager called back and notified me they were found and he was overnighting them to us. This kindness was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Excellent choice for a visit to Fort Campbell. Staff excellent. Elevator slow so ask for 1st floor if possible.

While the facility is located near Ft Campbell, I was disappointed that I did not receive the benefits of a Platinum IHG Member. Other than that, the facilty is perfectly suited to serve the traveler.

The building was new and immaculate. The room was well-appointed though a bit cramped for three children and two adults but this hotel had no suites which we prefer.
No complaints It was a very nice place and I feel bad dwelling on the negative however one of the attractions was the complimentary "dinner" which ended up being hot dogs, discolored raw vegetables and potato chips served picnic buffet style on a rickety folding table with four 2 liter bottles of sodas for the beverage selection. Most of the staff except for the breakfast attendant seemed to be preoccupied or disinterested. The breakfast menu was more appealing but the buffet was setup in a cramped corner that made access very difficult.
As entitled it was a nice place to stop one time upon return from Florida we stayed in Paducah instead.

Stayed here while visiting our son at Ft Campbell. Staff was very courteous and accommodating at every turn. Beds were comfortable and firm. Nice place I would stay at again.

This was a nice hotel, but it is full most of the time which makes it seem overused. I would recommend this property because it is one of the nicest in the area. I would really like to see them upgrade the internet because it was overloaded.

My family and I got in after spending an entire day packing a moving truck. We were dirty, tired, and hungry, and all we wanted was a shower, and a warm bed. The front desk lady was so sweet and helpful. Anytime I needed something, she was quick to help, and did it with a smile. The rooms were clean, and quiet, and we all got a great nights sleep.

I came in late and checked in fairly quick. AS soon as front desk person saw I was an IHG member she offered me a bottle of water,cookies and a microwavable bag of popcorn!Just great. Great sleep in comfortable bed then a good hot breakfast and fresh coffee to start another day on the road. Just great!

We were very satified with the extras in our room...like the really NICE refrig./freezer.There were two areas that need to be addressed and they are the toilet is NOT bolted down tightly to the floor.When you would sit on it the whole toilet wobbled. The other thing is the room was very cramped with no room to actually sit down and relax. Maybe that was because they put us in a two Queen bed room rather than a King room.
Other than that we were very happy with our stay. I certainly would recommend HIE to all!!!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my fiance to welcome him home from a long deployment in Afghanistan! We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were so wonderful and helpful, and that means SO much after deployment both both my solder and me.

We had to make an unexpected trip to KY for a death in the family. We stopped for the night just outside of Ft Campbell and found the hotel filled with soldiers and their families as well as other guests. Everyone was very friendly and although the breakfast room was crowded the next morning we did manage to have a hot breakfast before continuing our trip, This was a very busy hotel and we were fortunate to have a room available for us that night, but I was able to make my reservation early on my phone as soon as I found out we would be stopping there.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as i expect, but the dirt was minimal. Breakfast setup and service was the example that all other ihg hotels should attempt to follow.

I actullay stopped through this hotel on my way to South Carolina for the night. I was redeeming one of my rewards nights and when i got to the hotel they alreadyhad my keys ready to go. It took about 2 mins for me to check in. When i arrived in my room i had a card that had my name on it along with a snack. I think this is wonderful because this mean that this was the room that ihad reserved and i wasnt given a room as i checked it. I will be staying at this same property on my way back to missouri...good job.

I have stayed here a couple of times while doing business at Ft Campbell. The location is great and the closest hotel to base. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The issue I have is every time I have stayed at the hotel there are friends and/or spouses of the front desk staff hanging around the lobby all night long. The maintenance 'kid' was on a smoke break more than he worked.

i've stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have seen it go down hill in all areas. i'm surprised that they have kept their flag. front desk staff really doesn't care. location to FT Campbell is only reason this place is busy. feel bad for army personnel that have to stay there. staff knows that they have a monopoly. try the Ham, very nice and staff is happy to have you

Lots of room and the bed was very comfortable. The evening snacks and the morning breakfast were very good. The staff were very accomodating and made the stay there very enjoyable.

The room was very nice, however, the front desk staff could be a little more friendly. I am an IHG Rewards member, and when I specifically asked for water, I was told that they were out of water. I realize that they could have been out of their supply, but when a bottle of water is ALL a rewards member gets in return for being loyal to your hotel, I think they could have ran down to the local store and purchased water.

I was given keys for an occupied room. I then informed the front desk and the attendant blamed the previous shift. I was in the computer for one room and keys for another. For breakfast, I took a chocolate milk to drink in the car. After tasting it and realizing it was spoiled, I noticed it was 3 days expired. The worst part of this was my 4 year old drank a whole, spoiled, chocolate milk at breakfast without saying anything. Not a hotel paying attention to the details.

The room service and staff were pleasant, attentive, and helpful. The exxercise room was well stocked and useful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and sufficient. The rooms were spacious and appeared clean, although there was a "musty" odor present that reminded me of the odor in a wet basement.
Primarily, though, I cannot recommend this hotel to a business traveler because of the poor internet connectivity. The internet connectivity within any room located near the end of any hallway was almost non-existent, rendering it almost impossible to conduct any business email communications. Since this capability is vital for my work, I cannot justify staying here again.

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel staff were as great as they were.
I was disappointed though that the toilet leaked at the seal (to the floor), gave off a disgusting smell, and probably should be fixed.
The last time I stayed at this hotel, I never received credit for my stay (points) (2009), and I swore that I would never stay again.
I did this time due to the close proximaty to the post and the fact that your site used to serve alcohol at the evening reception.
This has also gone away, very sad. The only benefit is that your provide a decent breakfast and the pool, that I never used. A jacuzzi would of been better for my back.

This was our first stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Fort Campbell, and so far it has been the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was recently updated and our room was decorated nicely with a more modern style. The bed was so comfortable (Serta sleeper), and our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area had plenty of places to sit, and in the evening they do a snack time from 6-8. We didn't use the pool due to our schedule, but it was very nice looking in an enclosed glass area. We have family in the area, and we our so happy to have found this hotel to stay at when visiting them.

Being near Ft Campbell, home to the famed 101st Airborne and several Special Operations Units, your hotel must be used to soldiers arriving from Afghanistan starting 3 months ago, however you made my wife and I feel relaxed after our long drive from South Carolina. More importantly, our returning soldier was welcomed warmly by your staff and made to feel at home. After a year of active combat and worse for him, 3 days of zero sleep (he cannot sleep on airplanes), he understandably was nervous and out of whack for a few days. However, he stayed with you all, introduced himself to what a hot bath felt like, and ate your free breakfast and afternoon snacks. Although he is a Ranger and was recently made an Infantry Sergeant during combat, we could not help but worry when we departed. However, you gave him a safe and caring home during his post-deployment duties and he finally adjusted back to the real world and is back to his old self. You should be proud of what you do everyday. It really makes a difference for tired soldiers and their families! Thanks to you all!!

From the moment we checked in, the staff at this Holiday Inn Express were extremely friendly and welcoming. This was made even more clear the first time my family and I showed up for breakfast. The staff member covering the breakfast area, Michelle, had a huge smile on her face, and went out of her way to make my two-year old happy and to get my six-month old to smile. She was there every morning with the same cheerful disposition, and always willing to help out. She definitely helped make our days start off right! We would definitely recommend this HIE as a place to stay, but would only ask that the rooms be just a little bit bigger if you're like us and need to accommodate a larger family.
