Excellent in every way! This motel was brand new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A little off the beaten path.

From the moment I walked in the General Manager made me feel welcome and important. During the stay, she was busy ensuring the facility was working and clean. Not like most GM's, she was right there cleaning and attending to the customers needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I travel frequently and I have stayed in a lot of Holiday Inn Express Hotels. This one is very new, so I'd expect to find the rooms and building in good condition. They certainly are. But the staff is very friendly and hospitable too. The young lady who checked me in [Samantha] was terrific! She was friendly and even apologized once for being too busy to say hello a time or two as I walked in the door. I was here for five days on business. I was up most mornings too early to have breakfast, but they always, at least, had coffee ready in the early AM. The morning I did have breakfast, it was very good. The young lady who took care of that area [I wish I could remember her name] was very friendly and made conversation with me and other guests.
I come to Oak Ridge every couple of years and I am glad they now have a Holiday Inn Express here. It is what I look for. I usually know what to expect and this hotel met my expectations.

We had 2 reward night rooms at this new beautiful Holiday Inn
Express. There were 5 of us. We had been traveling 10 hours and were ready for a good night sleep. All of us were refreshed in the monring and ready to travel the rest of the way home after an excelent complimentary breakfast. Reward points were very reasonable. We got 2 rooms with points equal to 1 room at most HIE.

Great location in Oakridge. This is the nicest HIE we have stayed in so far. The front desk and housekeeping people went the extra mile to be friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and very comfortable.

I have an 88 year old grandmother in Oak Ridge that says she has quit smoking. We are pretty certain that she still does. We have stayed in just about every hotel in Oak Ridge and this was the best stay yet. I will recommend this to my family when they visit.
