And adela on staff with a friendly smile to make sure you have everything you need. Makes it just a wonderful experience. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great alternative to smaller Gold Country hotels We recently had a project in the Sonora area requiring a few nights stay. We found this hotel to be a good alternative to the higher price, lower quality options available in the Sonora area. Being on the main road of Oakdale there were plenty of good dining choices and convenience stores nearby. The hotel offered a good breakfast in the morning and a comfortable, quiet room in the evening. The drive up to the Gold Country was about 45 minutes along a well maintained, easy to drive highway so commuting was not an issue. Would definately consider this option again. I gave the room 3 stars simple due to it being smaller than most in this chain. The level of comfort wasstill there. August 14, 2014
