Stayed here because close to a casino (2 miles). Disappointed that no shuttle was provided. Otherwise stay was fine. Front desk clerk excellent

I stay at this location annually following a party. I'm told this hotel is under new mgmt and it shows...badly. Rooms were not ready at check in time. Dozens of frustrated people were waiting in the lobby for a long time before finally getting a room (or, in some cases, not getting a room before it was time to leave for the party). My platinum status got me my room faster (only (ONLY!) a 30 minute wait), so we took in some room refugees who waited another hour before their room was ready. The front desk staff did their best but it was clear they were not equipped to deal with this situation. Rumor was that 6 people from housekeeping called off. There has to be a backup plan for that, management. Also, those people who did show up to work took a very visible meal break when everyone was waiting for rooms. If you're going to do that, go somewhere private. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this property.

I'm finding that all hotels are out of my price range but if you have to pay more, Holiday Inn is nice. This hotel is very clean and new too. Front desk staff was very nice.

Very clean, very modern, very comfortable. I would love it if they had biodegradable plates and utensils at breakfast, and maybe some more nondairy milk options, but other than that it was great.

The rooms need better and darker curtains. Headlights from vehicles were shining through the windows with very thin curtains that could be seen through. It made you feel like people could be watching you.

Staff was great from check in to check out. Room was very comfortable and clean. Only down fall was that there was no Ethernet internet and that the wifi was running slow. Besides that no issues.

I am platinum. I booked the larger suite via the IHG app. Upon arriving I was told that they overbooked and gave away my room. I was made 30 min late for a concert at the casino. Manager was not around. The poor girl at the front desk was calling them every 5 minutes. I had to call IHG customer service myself. Worse treatment I've ever gotten at a hotel. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple extra miles if going to the casino.
