Plus, you can pick your pillow- firm or soft Linens and towels are realy clean even more than I can expect. Breakfast was so good, like at home. Good oatmeal and quality yogurt and for coffee -real half and half-what else do we need for breakfast! So, excellent night sleep and good start for your day! May 11, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty bed The desk clerk at check in was friendly and efficient. The sheet in my bed was dirty and there was a wad of what I can only describe as "fake fur" on the pillow. Luckily, I had another bed to chose from. The morning desk clerk did not act terribly sorry or embarrassed by it. Nor did she reduce my rate for the problem. This does not affect my decision to stay at other Holiday Inn Express properties in the future, but I will not stay at this one again! April 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms not ready I stay at this location annually following a party. I'm told this hotel is under new mgmt and it shows...badly. Rooms were not ready at check in time. Dozens of frustrated people were waiting in the lobby for a long time before finally getting a room (or, in some cases, not getting a room before it was time to leave for the party). My platinum status got me my room faster (only (ONLY!) a 30 minute wait), so we took in some room refugees who waited another hour before their room was ready. The front desk staff did their best but it was clear they were not equipped to deal with this situation. Rumor was that 6 people from housekeeping called off. There has to be a backup plan for that, management. Also, those people who did show up to work took a very visible meal break when everyone was waiting for rooms. If you're going to do that, go somewhere private. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this property. April 20, 2015
