Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Your basic Holiday In. Express I know in today's world everyone wants to stand out of the crowd. But for the vast majority of time places such as this Holiday Inn Express just get blended in the mix. This speciffic HIX is no exception. We stayed here for three days visiting family in the area. The hotel is solidly "average", but please do not take from that it implies it's no good. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. Can there really be a better recommendation than that for any property ?! The front desk staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The room, with two queen beds did feel a little crammed. But that may have been attributed to having multiple travel bags along. Overall your basic Holiday Inn Express experience. February 27, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not good value for money In spite of very good service from the front desk staff we were very disappointed in our stay. We felt it was unreasonable and poor value for money to be placed in a sub-par basement room after being charged extra for a small (shih tzu) dog. If guests are being charged extra for a pet they should not be treated differenly but rather should receive a quality room. This was very disappointing, especially at the end of a long day of travel. We normally like Holiday Inn and went away feeling that we did not get good value for our money. We hope that these comments will help the hotel improve. February 25, 2015

The breakfast cereal was a little stale and the temperature control in the room was not perfect, but otherwise it's a great place. I've stayed here twice and intend to stay there again. On the second day we left the room around 10:30 AM and returned around 9:30PM only to find our room not cleaned no fresh towel no coffee or other amenities Went to front desk to see what was going on and was told they had a lot of new staff. the person at the front did offer us clean towels and we accepted them. we where never offered a clean room. very disappointed with the Holiday Inn...............................time for a change February 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great accommodations, friendly staff and excellent food. It's been awhile since my wife and I traveled. When we did travel we always stayed at Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Staying here reminded us of why we did. It was a pleasure. The free breakfast was good with a varied choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and human. We were treated like family. Thanks!!! February 5, 2015
