We have chosen to stay at the OC Holiday Inn Express multiple times. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate us and are always friendly and on the money. The winter rates are amazing. We love the water view and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It is our home away from home in OC.
The pool is always clean and well maintained. We'll be going back. Oh and breakfast is good and free.

The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is good for what is offered. My complaint is we asked for a first floor room with roll in shower as the tub/showers are entirely too high for older adults to manage. None of the rooms on the first floor were ready when we checked in after 5 PM.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff made a point to ask if we needed anything when they saw us in the hallway. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation in Ocean City.

It is the cleanest hotel I have been in in a very very long time. I saw the housekeeper, vaccumming in a room she had the mattress upside the wall. WOW, now that is cleaning. They even wash the curtains. Everyone was so nice, the place was clean, the place was quiet. I would stay there again. It was perfect. Off season, I do not know about in season summer time.

I can't say enough good things about the Holiday Inn Express in Ocean City, Md.
We were traveling for a funeral, so we really didn't have a lot of time to check out all the amenities the hotel had to offer.
The rooms were clean, plenty of bath towels, plenty of hot water, mini-fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and a nice television. Walking distance to several places to eat.
All of the staff were wonderful, but two were exceptional standouts. Laverne in the breakfast area and Page at the front desk are both sweethearts. They truly make the guests feel like family. When I left the hotel, I felt like I was leaving close friends.

My wife and I have stayed at this location on many occasions. This past visit was a nightmare in that there was a kids retreat for various churches being held. The hotel was loud on Friday evening past the midnight hour. We called the desk to report the on going noise from both that kids and the adults. We were informed by the desk thet were checking inn and there was nothing he could do. On Saturday evening we spoke to Delores who was working the front desk, who immediately put usin another room on another floor.
My concern is why did nit the person on the desk on Friday evening offer to move us or follow the hotel policy in regards to excessive noise? After this adventure I wiiil probably take my business in Ocean City Md to another hotel.

My 21 yr. old daughter and I came to Ocean City for a 2 night stay to have some down time between holidays. We asked for and was given a room on the 5th floor overlooking the Winterfest of Lights. The hotel was very tastefully decked out for the holidays -- many photos were taken inside as well as outside of the hotel. The front desk staff were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient for our needs with eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, fruits, cereals, all types of breads, self made pancakes, juices, yogurt, milks and hot beverages. But the very best part of our stay was seeing the breakfast buffet server who was extremely pleasant each morning and made sure that the breakfast items were plentiful and hot/cold as they dictated. Please extend our thanks to her for making our mornings stress free and our tummies full for the day's activities. We will be back with friends next time!!!

This hotel is an outstanding example of what Holiday Inn Express has to offer. Great location next to the Northside Park (and steps from Winterfest), modern, clean and with a friendly and competent staff. The rates are reasonable and competitive and the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi are the perfect way to end the day.

I stayed at holiday inn over the weekend. I didn't like the quality of bed. Heat was not working. I don't think so I will stay again at this property.

Hotel was clean. Close to Northside Park for the lights. Lots of cheerleaders in the hotel for a competition, but I never heard them. Loved the holiday decorations.

I booked this hotel primarily because it was right across from the WinterFest of Lights location and because the reviews were good. But the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations and the room was very nice, too. We lucked out with a room facing the Bay so we got to see the lights from the WinterFest from our room. Breakfast was good, too. My only complaint would be parking during Winterfest hours. We thought we could get a hotel nearby and just walk there and not deal with having to find parking, but after returning my from dinner, we had trouble parking in the hotel lot because the spots were taking up by folks going to see the show. So much for that! But otherwise, we had a very nice stay. We will definitely stay there again!

We booked two rooms, and it was very nice. The Breakfast was great. Hot and Cold and lots and lots of choices, including a Pancake Maker which the children loved. Very friendly Staff! Thanks Holiday Inn Express!

The room was very celan and comfortable.
The Staff was very polite and hepful.
Sadly our stay was cut short by Hurricane Sandy.
The Staff was most helpful in assisting us to evacuate.
We can't wait to return.

We came the weekend before the hurricane hit. Had a great time meet friends down at the beach, kids came over used the pool. The rooms were very clean and enought space for us. Only problem was the hot tub was broken. I loved the pancake machine. I want my own.

We had a very nice first time stay at this property. We were in town for a friend's wedding on the beach. the weather cooperated perfectly. We had a beautiful bay facing room on the fifth floor for breathtaking sunsets. The outdoor pool was still open for this beautiful beautiful weekend. we were also able to take advantage of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. the location was perfect for access to Ocean City and the Delaware outlet shopping. Plenty of parking,, well staffed and replenished breakfast bar (closes at 9:30 am- would prefer 10am).
cant wait to go back!
