The management and staff at this Holiday Inn Express worked well with me prior to my stay to reverse some mistakes I made while booking.
Once there, service was kind and friendly. It is a newly opened hotel. Everybody is working hard to get it right!
Due to design, it must be almost impossible to keep the carpet between the elevator, the breakfast room and the pool clean - people dripping from the pool, people carrying food from breakfast, and people rolling luggage in from outside! The maintenance guy was in this area all the time trying to keep it neat, plus there is a beautiful, but light toned carpet to contend with.
Breakfast was a nice setup, with milk, coffee, tea, juices, pancakes, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, sausage gravy, sweet rolls, muffins, oranges, apples, bananas, cereals, toast, bagels and yoghurt. Thanks to the staff member here who went out of his way to make sure everything was nice.
The room was very comfortable and spacious. Décor was modern and cheerful. Bed was high but I liked that a lot! The two queen suite has a fridge and microwave and an extra sink with the coffee maker set up so you can enjoy a sandwich or other snack sitting at a table. Convenient!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by cmcarrot66 very dirty and poor service
For the money you pay, you should be able to be in a clean hotel. The hotel inside/outside dirty. Broken furniture in room. Tiles falling in the bathroom. Customer service was poor. The one good thing was breakfast. The hotel is brand new. I would not stay here again.

As a whole was nice, front desk was distracted not friendly or caring. Room was great for bath and sleeping.
I didn't watch TV or use the internet because of time constraints. I did want breakfast but selection was very limited so didn't take advantage of it. The hotel was in the correct spot for me to stay because of the time. I would stay there again and recommend them. I would just somehow give customers a heads up on the upcoming breakfast. I would also teach the front desk to share more with customers as far as what you have that someone like me would maybe enjoy since I had never been there and my time was limited, at least ask if they could go over anything with them.
