Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome breakfast and good sleep. Very nice stay. The breakfast was great. They advertised the weekend breakfast at 7:30. Since I was running a 10K at 9, I didn't want to eat a big breakfast but wanted something. So i went to the lobby to see if I could find a vending machine and to my surprise the breakfast was available. I got a bagel and a cup of coffee. January 28, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality mattress, pillows, and bedding I travel quite a bit for both business and leisure, this is the worst hotel I have visited because of its poor quality bedding. The mattress was very firm to the point it was hard with very little to no give, the pillows felt like overinflated balloons, and the bedding was to short for the bed. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel for any traveler. January 10, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A Little Disappointed We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express on our way back to Texas. The check-in process was easy and the room was comfortable. We were told that breakfast started at 6:30 am. We were downstairs at 6:30 am since we had a long drive ahead of us, but breakfast wasn't ready as the woman who was supposed to run breakfast didn't show up. There were some cold items out so we made do with the breakfast. My other issue with the hotel was that we left a pillow either on the couch of the lobby or in our hotel room in our rush to get out to our car as it was pouring rain. I called 30 minutes after we started our drive, and I was told that the pillow wasn't in the lobby and that housekeeping would check our room. I called 2 days later as I hadn't heard anything, and there was no sign of the pillow. I just wanted the pillowcase. January 6, 2016
