Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful customer service and accommodations, except, bathroom shower/sink All accommodations were great, but, the bathroom shower/sink water pressure was very poor. I have been a Priority Club Member for a while and for the most part i am very, very satisfied with my business/leisure stays at the Holiday Inn Express. Hopefully if i'm in the Biloxi, MS i will try the same HIE on Washington Ave and won't have this problem. February 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My favorite place to stay when I visit OS :-) This was my 5th visit to OS in the past 12 months, and my 4th stay at this property. This property is a great value and is a convenient location. I highly recommend my home away from home to all. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfy and clean. The fitness center needs to be updated with better equipment, but on the whole, it was adequate for our needs. January 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and Comfortable We reserved two rooms at this HI Express on New Years Eve. We were checked in by Stephanie -- a friendly young woman who made us feel very welcomed. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The hotel itself is well maintained and the breakfast was very good. Being that it was New Year's Eve, we expected a high level of noise and rowdiness from the crowds returning from the casinos after midnight. Other than the fireworks going off at midnight, none of us heard a peep! We all enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing stay at this hotel. This hotel is close to the east end casinos -- just over the Ocean Springs bridge, yet it is easy to get to from the highway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit the area/casinos who is looking for a CLEAN and SAFE place to stay that is very reasonably priced. January 6, 2014

The hotel is declining rapidly.The room was not fresh and we had numerous problems with the bathroom as follows: The bathtub stopper did not work. Water pressure was almost non-existent. Bathroom infested with ants. No "anti-slip in bathtub. Bathroom not clean and fresh. The bed matttress was extremely hard and lumpy. We will seek other accomodations in this area on our next trip.
