The staff is super friendly and courteous, the rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet and it's just a nice relaxing place to stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Place to stay Even though the hotel is going through a renovation right now, my family and I had a wonderful stay. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The selection at breakfast is great, especially having kids. The room we stayed in was just renovated so it was in excellent condition with a nice contemporary design. The mattress was comfortable and they place both firm and soft pillows on the bed so you can figure out which works best for you. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the West St. Louis / O'Fallon area. November 26, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Construction noise The hotel should shut down during construction. Impossible to sleep with work going on in the room above me. There is no airport shuttle to SUS airport (only a few miles away). We had to take a cab. The staff was very friendly, but that does not make up for not being able to sleep November 23, 2014
