Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, but....... This is a pet friendly hotel. I wish I had known before that the 3rd floor was a designated pet floor. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and all was good until 6:30 the next morning. We were awaken by the sounds of barking dogs! Big and small barks! I guess the owners of the pets were hungry and wanted breakfast so they left their dogs in the room unattended and guess what? The dogs didn't like that and let all of us know! Please pet's great that you have a place to stay with your pet but please don't leave your pet unattended in the room. As for the hotel - they did apologize for the inconvenience and gave me a good point to remember next time I book at a hotel - "ask if it is pet friendly and if so ask to be as far away from the pet rooms as possible! Also, this was the first time I was asked if I wanted 300 points or the bottle of water and a snack for being a rewards this something new? July 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great breakfast We have stayed here before & had a good experience & decided to try it again. Requested room on north side & that helped a lot with interstate noise. Loved having a door to the outside parking lot. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. Breakfast staff ladies were very nice & also made time to chat with you. As for cleanliness there was room for improvement. There was hair in the shower & on the bathroom floor. The mirror had streaks. We stayed 2 days & the trash wasn't changed between days & floor wasn't sweeper. In the morning the housekeeping staff was rather loud in their talking & moving things. Need to remember some people might be sleeping in a bit. Front desk staff on check in & check out was very friendly. July 25, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by eggs and sausages not hot We stayed two nights in a row at Holiday Inn Express locations. Both times the food that was supposed to hot was at best warm. I believe that you need to find a better way to serve these items. Taste was ok but not the temperature. Both mornings we eat about 30 minutes after the food was available. July 19, 2014
