Did not get greeted as a platinum priority club member. Mattress is poor & furniture is very dated. Mediocre TV though cable package adequate. Room windows leaked in rain. Poor noise insulation between rooms. Air quality poor & AC/Heater noisy. Short shower head. No fitness facility. Bill was accurate and was provided in advance. Morning buffet not always warm but morning buffet staff very friendly & kept breakfast room very clean. Room, & bathroom in particular, very clean---great job by the cleaning team. Positives: clean and safe. I travel 38 weeks a year and stay in many HIE's---this one is in the bottom 10 percent.

Great Stay. I am really surprised that this property does not have a pool. :( I travel a lot for business, and I never stayed at a hotel with no pool. Doesn't all hotels have either an indoor or outdoor pool these days? I love the DIRECTV in the rooms, but they have HD TV'S with no HD signals.

I'm out in this area 6 or 7 times a year and stay here all the time.
The staff has always be great and the rooms very comfortable. It isn't your regular Holiday Inn but is still a very great deal for the dollar....See you in June.

This was our second stay at this Holiday Inn Express and we of course would not have come back if our first stay had not been what we expected. We had a first floor room with exterior and interior doors and we very much liked that for the ease of off loading our things and not haveing to go outside in the winter weather to get to the lobby (our age is a factor here also). If we are in the area and need a moter we will again seek out this motel.
