Room was a bit warm and the air made it too cold, but that would be my ONLY complaint. It was an inviting room with friendly staff. Next time we are in Utah, this will be the place we stay. The staff went into action and moved one from the breakfast area to our room for my husband. We were traveling home from our winter in Arizona and driving days can get long. Great customer service!! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by so so room was stuffy when i came into it and very warm. it would of been nice to have the air moving around and the temperature set at a decent temp. the bathroom got very hot if you left the lights on for more then 5-10 minutes. when i got into bed, the mattress and box spring fell off the frame. i lifted them off and found that the frame was only holding 1/2 of the bed. i was able to get the bed supported again. when i mentioned it the next morning when i went to check out, the staff didn't really seemed to care about it. they didn't even apologize for it nor did they offer to give extra points or a little discount on the price. i would of just been happy with a sorry for what happened. when i looked through the windows, there was moisture all over the windows and seems like they were dirty as well.
