From the first moment of arrival the staff were cheerful and competent. The complimentary goody bag was a welcome surprise. The breakfast coordinator was a delight and remembered us from our visit the week before. We are sold on this property and will keep it in our travel plans for the future.

Stayed here twice, going and returing from Seattle. Clean, well appointed hotel with all the services you could want. Very friendly and helpful staff. Price a little high, but received value for it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff served my needs above my expectations. The breakfast was good, and the person keeping the kitchen and eating area was very friendly and helpful. This is the best Holiday Inn of many we have stayed, and made our trip to Utah even more memorable. Thank you for the terrific service.

Front desk clerk was excellent. She provided outstanding information about local viewing areas to see the Great Salt Lake. Her advice was spot on and I appreciate her taking the time to explain to me what locals are used to. Thank you Miss D.

We arrived quite early and were helped by a very friendly staff who had our room ready. We were presented with the best Priority Club Bag EVER! Very comfortable, clean room with a lovely view of the mountains. It was the husbands birthday so I asked for a recommendation for a good restaurant. Our friendly staff person (wish I could remember her name) suggested
Rooster's. Great pick!

Great room -- very spacious and clean, comfortable beds, friendly and hlepful staff, close to freeway exit and entrance. Four stars instead of five because there was no fan in the bathroom, no fridge or microwave in room, and no cookies!
