Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Total screw up, but not by motel I was informed on the morning of my first night's reservation that my room was not available. It seems that the good people who manage the national reservation service sent me not one but two confirmation notices but never actually checked with the motel to find out if the promised room was open. The motel staff was able to accommodate us for a night in a smaller room and were very polite about the whole mess. I will not use the internet reservation service again, and strongly recommend that anyone reading this RESERVE YOUR ROOM DIRECTLY WITH THE MOTEL. I repeat DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THE INTERNET. They do NOT confirm room availability with the individual motels, and the "confirmation number" they send you is worthless. April 27, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding staff and accomodations The front desk staff and the breakfast room staff were the most accomodating folks we have had the pleasure of dealing with. We spent some time at the Brighton Seminole Casino ans also palying cards with old friends we met foir the trip on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning in the breakfast room. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and turned on lights and fans fior oiur comfort level. We will be using this property again for some time to come for similar trips. Keep up the good work and the property is in excellent condition. The bedding was awesome. The size of the TVs in the room was a very pleasant surprise. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Last minute trip Had to make a last minute trip to Okeechobee and booked here. Hotel is nice and very clean. Rooms are clean and comfortable, very nice beds, great bathrooms. Staff was assume, friendly, quick to respond. gave a great recommendation for Diner. Also a good location near some really good restaurants and not far from a number of activities. April 18, 2013

The staff are always welcoming and do whatever they can to make my stay the best. There may be a newer hotel in town, but the location is not as safe as this hotel. April 16, 2013

The staff was so nice, the room are so clean. Everything was perfact. I will sure to return if we are going to that area again! March 30, 2013
