The front desk lady was awesome wish I remember her name. Hotel was super clean cleanest hotel I've been in very very happy would stay there any time.

This hotel is exactly what a Holiday Inn Express should be. It is clean, comfortable and staffed with friendly, helpful people. The location is great too! Right off the 35 and close to downtown. I've stayed here several times and I've never been disappointed.

Time and Time I return to this location to use as a place I can count on excellent services. During this trip, they continued with the best care available to those of us that travel most every week for business. I highly recommend this location for Tulsa.

We travel a ton both for work and family and always try to stay at the HI Express and never have had such a problem since this hotel for our family of five. We went online using the ihg website and booked like normal a room for our family of 5. We usually have the 2 double beds and a pull out sofa, which works perfect. This particular hotel is listed as sleeping 5+; however that is an absolute lie and they need to be removed from the website as listing this. We arrived late after a gymnastics meet and beyond ready to check in with our 3 kids, we picked up our key and went upstairs. After being shocked at how much I was paying a night, we go to our handicap accessible (which was not needed or requested) room to find 1 King Bed and 1 plastic feeling pull out sofa. This will clearly not do for a family of 5. Traveling with the military all over the world with a family of 5, we are well aware of the fire marshall laws and how many a hotel room can hold. We went downstairs and spoke with the guy at the desk who was useless. He then gave us another room, we went upstairs to check this out and it was the same expect it had a hot tub, we needed beds not a hot tub. So back downstairs we went with all of our luggage and 3 tired kids. Again the guy at the desk was useless. I called the corp number and after an hour with Joanna, she at least was able to get us a roll a way for the night so we can get to sleep. The next day the situation was supposed to be sorted but it was not and again a family of five stayed in unacceptable quarters. This hotel was recently remodeled and although the rooms are large, they are a waste of space and do not sleep families larger than 4, beware! Case # 85575070 Went to relax on Saturday n hot tub and it was closed and they were out of most breakfast foods both mornings! Also located in NASTY area!

Hotel is fairly new, so everything looks great. Parking was adequate most nights, common areas were clean, rooms were clean. Only negative about this hotel is it's location. Traffic and proximity to intersection of two multi-lane highways can make it difficult during busy times of the day. There aren't really any restaurants close by either.

Beautiful new hotel--modern decor. The service was excellent and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever had. Highly recommend this hotel--very easy to get on and off the freeway.
