Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Room I am a Platinum Elite member on a business trip. This hotel seems to have gone downhill the last couple of times I stayed here. I was given a room with no upgrade and the air conditioning and heating system is not working and the dial is all messed up. I believe it is room 315. There is also no acknowledgement of my priority club status and not even a nice gesture of a bottle of water that I typically received in other holiday inn express hotels. What a shame. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a nice stay I stay here every year as I vend at an annual trade show and it is always a pleasant stay. The staff are kind and the room is clean and comfortable. One negative was the vending machine. I was wanting a snack late at night and the vending machine was nearly sold out, food and soda. It must have known I didn't NEED a late night snack. I will be staying here again for sure. January 17, 2013
