Oklahoma City is a very interesting town with many hotels to choose from but I am glad that I chose this one. The hotel was clean and quiet. I only had one option due to most hotels being booked during the week so I had to get a suite. It was a bit of overkill for my needs but it was very nice. Very large and spacious. The only issue I had was that the hotel shuttle did not take credit cards so I had to find another company. Hopefully this will change soon because credit cards are the best way to keep track of your expenses.

I had a once in a lifetime experince I met some nieces and a nephew I never knew I had. I am 79 years old and belong to the
Priority Club sence 1988. I live in California and went to 23andme for a DNA test and found them with alot of help.
The people at the desk were so nice we used the dinning room and when we were finished I made sure every thing was in good shape.
It was great as I didn't put anyone out and we all enjoyed our visit.
I always feel safe at Holiday Inn's.
Thank the bunch at front desk too!

The experience starts with the front desk. Helpful. Friendly.
Then the room: Clean. Comfortable.
And they just accommodate whatever you need, directions, or
just a cookie at the end of the day and some cold lemonade in the lobby. Home away from home for me.

We stayed there on a weekend trip out of town and really enjoyed it. The room was great and the staff were very friendly. Great location to restaurants.

The lady at the desk was wonderful!! I was sent by the Holiday Inn 800 service operator to the Holiday inn Express in Midwest City,Oklahoma....They refuse my credit card and were very mean to me...I got on the phone with the Holiday Service 800 number again. The gentleman got me back to the other side of town where I should of been to start with. He helped me to the Holiday Inn Express by the airport...He was amazingly patient with me and helped me for about 45 minutes..I walked in and the lady at the desk was soo sweet to me, Thank you soo much for being there when I needed a place to stay. I will stay at your hotel again and will tell everyone how great your customer service is at this hotel..

This was my second disappointing stay at HIE in the same week. I'm not sure if it is a regional problem or not. This hotel is fine if you are just Looking for a good room. I sleep in hotels over 100 nights a yr and choose Holiday Inn brands awherever possible. The HI Express and Suites had a great layout and are generally new buildings. The breakfast fare needs some change, particularly in regard to low fat, healthier options. Recognition of Platinum status and room upgrads used to be a given but now is rare. For the infrequent traveler this place is more than adequate.

I stayed one night on the way home to Los Angeles.
The room was clean and comfortable but the hallway smelled cigarettes.
And the staffs were unfriendly. They were hardly accomodating especially at the front desk.

I asked the front desk lady for a double, she said she was full. Not a problem. Do you have a roll out bed. NO, it will not fit. The room had a couch with a pull out???? She did not even know her rooms.
Flies, Flies, Flies in the morning breakfast. Could not sit and enjoy coffee. Felt like I was in a dive Motel.

The Managment was rude and was not very welcoming. We had problems with the air conditioning and TV....both situaitons where handled after many many many phone calls to the front desk and BOTH times the manager was rude about the situation. I would NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone and will NEVER stay there again when in Oklahoma.

May 31,2013, Friday the day of tornadoes in OK Citywas under a tornado warning. The staff handled all the pressure of all the concerned people by calling all the rooms and having everyone report to the lobby. Then informed everyone on where to go. The manager was cool calm and concerned with everyone's safety. Great crew !!

We stayed the Saturday night after the tornado hit the area. It was a little chaotic to say the least. I cannot say enough about the staff and the service at this establishment. The only reason I rated room and comfort good instead of excellent is because I am a tall person and my feet always hang off the bed. But that happens anywhere I go. As far as good on value, well, I always think I should get a better price! Again, the folks at this place did a super job during an extremely difficuly period. Thanks!

I am a Platinum Elite member on a business trip. This hotel seems to have gone downhill the last couple of times I stayed here. I was given a room with no upgrade and the air conditioning and heating system is not working and the dial is all messed up. I believe it is room 315. There is also no acknowledgement of my priority club status and not even a nice gesture of a bottle of water that I typically received in other holiday inn express hotels. What a shame.

Arrived after 9PM but everything was as expected. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were typical HIE in size and VERY clean. Location is good and makes it easy to get to the airport.

Erin who works every Tuesday night when I arrive for the week always goes out of her way to make me feel welcome. Her bright and cheerful dispostion makes my long work hours a bit more bearable. I choose to stay here over the multiple other options mostly because of the warm reception I receive.

I stay here every year as I vend at an annual trade show and it is always a pleasant stay. The staff are kind and the room is clean and comfortable. One negative was the vending machine. I was wanting a snack late at night and the vending machine was nearly sold out, food and soda. It must have known I didn't NEED a late night snack. I will be staying here again for sure.

Staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful. We needed to know places to eat and she recommended places near.
Breakfast was good and staff were helpful as well in keeping food and beverage fresh and available.

Our experience with the staff here was not satisfactory. We unfortuneately left a plug to my traveling partner that belonged to her artificial leg. We contact the hotel the very next afternoon after we discovered it.. They could not go into the room because someone was staying there, which I can understand, but assured me it would be checked as soon as the room was vacant. That did not happen so I called again on Monday to see if they had checked. They went and checked and found it and said they would mail it, then I was told it had not been mailed that we were suppose to be coming back to get it. I contacted customer service and was greeted very rudely by a male voice that did inform me that they didnt have to send it if they chose not too as if you leave property behind they can just dispose of it. When I called the hotel, each time I exxplained that this was a charging dock for an artifical leg and very important that we get this as soon as possible. I heard from the hotel today that they were putting it in the mail this morning, although to our surprise it was deliverd postage due today by the post office Not sure how they did that, would not stay at this hotel again. Very poor service. Also I think priority customer service needs training in how to treat an upset customer,

Check in process was normal and pleasant. I was riding a motorcycle and the desk clerk (Erin I believe) offered that I could leave my motorcycle parked in front of the property as long as it was close to the outside curb.
After storing my gear in the room, I as for dinner recommendations and I was told that there was a list in my room. When I asked for a recommendation, I was told that there were lots of good local places -- not helpful.
Then at 10:30, when I was sound asleep, I was called by a male person claiming to be the desk clerk. This person informed me that the hotel policy was that no vehicles could be parked in front of the hotel. I asked why the policy changed between 6:00 PM when Erin told me that I could park there and 10:30. I did not move the motorcycle! If I had been told about the policy at checkin, I would have avoided any issue and gotten a good night sleep.
I'd suggest some customer service and policy training.
