Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Edging??? We enjoy Holiday Inn Express Hotels and use them as often as possible as we cross. As the hotels age we have found that the cleaning staff doesn't have the time to give the rooms a good cleaning. It seems the cleaning is done in the middle of the room only. The carpet is never edged and so there is a build up of about 6" of dust and dirt around the room. (the dark green carpet doesn't help either. I love the breakfast but wish scrambled eggs were served at all hotels. The biscuits are good as is most of the breakfast. Staff is helpful and friendly. January 6, 2014

The staff was friendly and were able to get us in the right direction never being in Oklahoma City before. The location to the airport is perfect for late night arrivals as it is a straight shot ( 15 minutes at the most). Thanks and we hope to be back again. November 16, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend stay/lost item For a weekend day stay, it is as expected, property clean, food as expected at HIE. I left a journal there that had valuable information to me in it. I have called 5 days straight trying to get staff to talk to the housekeeper that cleaned the room and cannot get it done. I am put on hold, told that they are too busy, told to call back later, and the list goes on. I am very disappointed in the staff. Normally we travel almost every other week and I had started using HIE. This weekend, due to this hotels customer service, I have booked elsewhere November 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay The staff was very friendly as my family and I arrived quite late for an overnight stay. I was politely greeted as a Rewards member by the staff member at the desk. My only bit of recommendation would to add some free weights or a pulley system of weights to the fitness room. There is a tread mill and recumbent bicycle but personally speaking, a little free weight exercise greatly helps me to relax while traveling. November 11, 2013

In September the rooms were getting up to 76 degrees at night. I woke up sweating every night. I finally started requesting rooms that did not have this type thermostat. November 11, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by no surprises ...and that is a good thing ! Oklahoma City is a very interesting town with many hotels to choose from but I am glad that I chose this one. The hotel was clean and quiet. I only had one option due to most hotels being booked during the week so I had to get a suite. It was a bit of overkill for my needs but it was very nice. Very large and spacious. The only issue I had was that the hotel shuttle did not take credit cards so I had to find another company. Hopefully this will change soon because credit cards are the best way to keep track of your expenses. September 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It was great! I had a once in a lifetime experince I met some nieces and a nephew I never knew I had. I am 79 years old and belong to the Priority Club sence 1988. I live in California and went to 23andme for a DNA test and found them with alot of help. The people at the desk were so nice we used the dinning room and when we were finished I made sure every thing was in good shape. It was great as I didn't put anyone out and we all enjoyed our visit. I was sent by the Holiday Inn 800 service operator to the Holiday inn Express in Midwest City,Oklahoma....They refuse my credit card and were very mean to me...I got on the phone with the Holiday Service 800 number again. The gentleman got me back to the other side of town where I should of been to start with. He helped me to the Holiday Inn Express by the airport...He was amazingly patient with me and helped me for about 45 minutes..I walked in and the lady at the desk was soo sweet to me, Thank you soo much for being there when I needed a place to stay. I will stay at your hotel again and will tell everyone how great your customer service is at this hotel.. August 6, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Is HI service slipping. This was my second disappointing stay at HIE in the same week. I'm not sure if it is a regional problem or not. This hotel is fine if you are just Looking for a good room. I sleep in hotels over 100 nights a yr and choose Holiday Inn brands awherever possible. The HI Express and Suites had a great layout and are generally new buildings. The breakfast fare needs some change, particularly in regard to low fat, healthier options. Recognition of Platinum status and room upgrads used to be a given but now is rare. For the infrequent traveler this place is more than adequate. August 1, 2013

The room had a couch with a pull out???? She did not even know her rooms. Flies, Flies, Flies in the morning breakfast. Could not sit and enjoy coffee. Felt like I was in a dive Motel. June 19, 2013

We had problems with the air conditioning and TV....both situaitons where handled after many many many phone calls to the front desk and BOTH times the manager was rude about the situation. The staff handled all the pressure of all the concerned people by calling all the rooms and having everyone report to the lobby. Then informed everyone on where to go. The manager was cool calm and concerned with everyone's safety. Great crew !! Thanks!. June 7, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional service under the conditions We stayed the Saturday night after the tornado hit the area. It was a little chaotic to say the least. I cannot say enough about the staff and the service at this establishment. The only reason I rated room and comfort good instead of excellent is because I am a tall person and my feet always hang off the bed. But that happens anywhere I go. As far as good on value, well, I always think I should get a better price! Again, the folks at this place did a super job during an extremely difficuly period. Thanks! June 7, 2013
