Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by S. Dave Great beds and quite atmosphere,
I went to Oklahoma City for a meeting and conference and chose not to stay in the hotel hosting the conference because of bad reviews on the internet. The Holiday Inn Express was close and I trust Holiday inn when we travel. My trust was confirmed again with this facility.

I stay at many Holiday Inn Express'. I won't stay at this one again. I know that most HIE are privately owned and managed, but this one is not up to the standards I expect from the brand. They offer Wi-Fi, guest laundry and daily room cleaning. They failed on all three. When I complained, they gave a lame excuse. They said these are external vendors and they have no control. I find this unacceptable. They also said a manager would call to discuss the issues. It has been a week and I have not received a call. This is very disappointing.

Frequent traveler on a family weekend getaway.
Waited 15 minutes to be checked in so that the guy at the front desk could finish eating in the back room. He had put up a sign that he was helping another guest, but we could see him in the back room eating food. He did not recognize us as rewards members.
Room was meh, kind of dated, but clean enough. The guest next door had their lights and TV on all night long and thru the next morning. We asked for assistance but nobody came to his/her room to address the issue.
The breakfast was standard, nothing special. We did find it odd that there was a homeless person passed out in the business center.
The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy, I would not recommend an outdoor walk or jog after dark.
We used points to book the stay and wish we would have gone with another option in OKC.
Needs a pool.
