Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Valentines Day weekend Before reading my story below, That we sides the experience below, the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They knew the surrounding areas and was able to point a couple from out of town to the places we where told we need to see. The room was clean and welcoming. The internet was able to handle us streaming netflixs and flixster. Breakfast was a good variety and warm. My wife and I decided to have an impromptu get away weekend. We found this hotel through their website and found a reasonable priced room with 1 king size bed and an "enhanced bath experience" we genuinely assumed a bath tub of some sort. When we arrived the staff was friendly and courteous, but to our surprise when we entered our room there was no tub at all. I brought my concern to the front desk and was politely informed that none of their rooms had bath tubs of any kind. I then showed them the room description on their own website and they where just as confused as we where. At that point though the staff right away gave us the number of a the other Holiday Inns in the area and informed us that if we found one that had a availability with a tub they would cancel our reservation no charge. Unfortunately being Valentines Day it self, there where no such room available. February 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs, especially since my husband was having spine surgery and we were not sure how long we would need the room. Was able to give us a medical rate and even provided breakfast items after the time for breakfast due to the fact that I was going back and forth from the hospital. Wonderful customer service! The staff was great and accommodating. Shout out to the desk! Easy to deal with. The fitness center could use some weight equipment for future customers. I would stay here again if traveling through this area. February 12, 2015
