This is by far the worst experience I've had at a Holiday Inn Express and I've stayed in quite a few.
We were given an accessible room which we did not want. There was no tub, only an awkwardly accessible shower.
I've gotten in the habit of checking hotel sheets for bed bugs. When checking this particular bed I found loose groin hairs (2 in the sheets, 2 on the pillow) indicating to me that the sheets were not changed. I called the front desk and requested clean linens. I did not receive an apology.
After falling asleep I received a phone call at 1:30 am from an outside, unknown caller. The person on the other end of the line said the front desk patched them through to my room.
Needless to say in only the few short hours I spent at this hotel, it was a terrible experience.

The night hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. It was a very relaxing night after a long drive.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Easy access from highway but no highway noise.. Efficient front desk staff.
Only concern is that fruit on breakfast bar could be fresher (bananas were brown for 2 mornings)
Overall, very good experience. Would definitely stay again and will recommend.

Ive stayed here numerous times and what i like about this location is the consistancy. Its great everytime. Clean room and a good breakfast .Nice big shower. I stayed in King suite and it was nice to have fridge , wet bar and they supplied paper goods and utencils for dining in.

I expect an indoor pool when I stay in a HIE. I will not stay at this hotel again for that very reason.

The hotel staff at this property is the greatest. We have gotten to know many of them and are always greeted like we are family when we check in. We stay at this property a lot and are very pleased with the way they try their best to meet all our accommodation requests. We have tried other hotels closer to our main work area but none meet our expectations like the Quail Springs location does.
