The most professional and warm greeting from the front desk staff, very clean room and bath, breakfast was like it used to be, fresh (most HIE breakfast is stale with rock hard biscuits) NOT HERE and the variety of foods was very good. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendliest Night Manager - Convenient to Mercy and Heart Hospital I stayed at this HI because it was close to the hospital where my wives’ father was having a procedure. The hotel looks to be brand new. The memorable part of the stay was I messed up my reservation, but the night manager corrected my mistake with a smile. The other issue was a few noisy guests, but you find that everywhere and it doesn’t reflect on the hotel. I would stay there again if in the area. July 30, 2014

Felt very secure staying there. keyed outer doors. Noise level was minimal at night. Lots of accessible parking. Easy to get to hospital. Good area for food establishments. Vending machines were clean and well stocked. Prompt cleaning of our room. Lots of coffee available in the dining room. Big help!! July 28, 2014
