Stayed one night in a two room, king suite. The 2 rooms were large, comfortable, well furnished, quite, great bed and pillows. Check in was quick with very friendly service. Everything was over and above what I would expect. Would definetly stay here again when I was in the area. The price of the room was extremely reasonable for the quality and comfort.

I was there 8 nights for business. The staff was excellent, friendly. The room (suite) was an outstanding value for the rate paid. I couldn't recommend this location more. The only downfall was I had to send in my Priority Club info through the website because it wasn't attached to my reservation. No big deal honestly. Thank you.

The property is excellent as far as price, location(when you can finally locate it), room size & decor, bed comfort and proxmity to shopping and dining.
The property's exterior is very nice w/ the Tx Hill country lime stone look. Locating the property via GPS is the challenge. This location has not been submitted by the IHG group for travelers to locate by inputting the address given. If using "Hotels" as the POI on the GPS, this property is not in the choice of locations though I found numerous other IHG hotels in the 10 mile radius. This needs to be corrected. I finally called the hotel and the young lady did give me directions to find the property.
The young lady at the registration/check in desk was very courteous but maybe this particular property doesn't recognize Priority Club members for being members or by giving members bottled water or other items as most properties do; or as I've become accustomed to. Maybe I've become spoiled by the membership perks! I also didn't have by bill under my door as is usually the case and I did have to check out by going down stairs and closing out my bill though no additional hotel expenses were incurred. Not a big deal, but I found it a bit odd.
Overall a nice stay, but again, I've probably become spoiled by being a Priority Club member by other properties. I'll definitely stay again, but temper my expectations of what to expect by being a Priority Club member at this very nice property.

My friends and I stayed at this Holiday inn during the first week on January. We were in OKC for a birthday party and this hotel was found and booked through my Priority Rewards card.
The front entrance and hotel rooms were well kept and maintained. We found nothing to be dirty or disgusting. We were only there for the weekend so it wasn't a long stay. We had fresh towels, a clean shower, and clean bed sheets on our queen size beds.
The Sunday morning breakfast selection wasn't 5-star, but this wasnt a 5-star, high dollar hotel. The breakfast selection and choices were normal - eggs, banana, biscuits, gravy, cereal, milk, etc. My friends and I split the hotel fee 3 ways and each had to pay a very small amount.
We each paid a small amount, but received great quality service from Holiday Inn.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn on a regular basis on business and I will not go anywhere else in OKC. The ladies treat me as family and the facilities are spotless. This area of town is clean and safe with an abundance of restaurants and shopping. This location is setting the standard.

At least three times we were awakend by dog barking. If we knew you allowed pets we would not have booked with you.

We relly enjoyed our stay. Close to some great places to eat. Target and Walmart are close by. Also the mall is very close. We will be back for sure. Great place to stay.
Also the doors, other than the front door, are locked and can only gain entry by your room key. There are doors at each end and the middle of the hotel for easy access to your rooms. The middle door is right by the elevator. Again great place to stay.
Oops forgot. I didn't comment on the breakfast choices because we overslept and had to rush out to make it to an appointment.

Our arrival was a nightmare due to incorrect address and directions;
We were traveling west from St Louis,MO.

hotel staff given address - 3500 West Memorial
Neither worked in our GPS. This all resulted in us driving many extra miles and becoming upset and concerned we would ever find your hotel.
Disappointed only suites had refrigerators and they were small. Also, very disappointed all rooms had showers, NO BATHTUBS.

I have stayed at this facility at least a half dozen times the past year. In the past, there have been no problems. My most recent trip, however, I returned to my room after being out all day one day (of a 5 day stay) to find my used towels still on the floor of the bathroom, though fresh towels had also been placed. I chalked it up to a minor oversight on the part of housekeeping. However, the next evening I returned after being out all day to find that clearly no one from housekeeping had even come into my room. The bed was not made, the pile of dirty towels on the bathroom floor was growing (now not having been removed for two days). I called the front desk and told them about this. They told me they'd take care of it. I find it very bothersome that I was still charged full price on my bill when I did not receive the full service due to me by the hotel. No one subsequently apologized for the lapse of service that occurred two days in a row. No one decreased my bill. It seems to me at this hotel you get what you get; and they're not going to go out of their way to rectify the situation. While previous experiences were fine; this one really soured my view of the hotel. Hopefully they do better in the future.

I liked the hotel and it was very comfortable. I would stay there again if I did not have a pet. The issue is that the pet fees and pet rules are not listed openly on the webiste when you reservse a room. I actually called to verify that I could bring a pet and nothing was ever mentioned on the phone. If airlines have to disclose all fee maybe hotels should too.

Stay was good, unfortunately we had the first floor room just off the lobby, We could see the front desk staff and everyone in the lobby whenever the hotel door opened. Room was clean and quiet considering it was used for one night. Breakfast food was adequate. Egg products were rather rubbery and seemed like they had set a while even though we were early for the breakfast hours. Overall good stay.

We had just finished a weeks vacation in Branson Missouri and had to come straight to OKC for a doctors appointment the next day. We thought we were going to have to find a laundromat to wash some clothes. Luck for us there was 2 washers and 2 dryers on site here and we never had to leave. Woo hoo. They also had some detergent and dryer sheets for sale in the candy machine. LOL. They were a little expensive but we didn't care. We didn't want to have to leave to go find some. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were huge. We really enjoyed out stay. I can't comment on the breakfast. We woke up late and had to hurry out to see the doc and din't get to eat.

Excellent bed and clean hotel. "Breakfast buffet" was typical continental breakfast fare with hot plates not very edible. For the money, should have much higher quality food. Very friendly staff all the way around. All in all, a very nice hotel and I would recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Everything was great from check-in to check-out. I will recommend this hotel to all of my co-workers and friends. The breakfast was terrific!!! I could go on and on but I will simply say that it was the BEST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!!

I'm a road warrior and just want a place that has a safe parking lot, good greet when I arrive, no "funky smells", clean throughout... and a room in which I can work AND relax. This place hit on all cylinders. Great shower too with lots of good water pressure. I like this place and liked their evening and morning staff members.

This is a great place to stay, it is newer so it looks awesome. The staff is always excellent and the rooms rock - these are some of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. My wife and I come through OKC several times a year and have used this location on several of those visits. The location is perfect for us for the things that we need to get to. The one knock that I will give is the lack of pool and hot tub, especially the hot tub. But the rest of the place is so good it does make up for this short coming.

My wife and I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn Express many times because it's one of our favorite hotels. The staff is always friendly and overly accomadating, helping with late check-outs or early arrivals as they are able. The price is always very competitive with some of the better hotels in Oklahoma City. The beds are very comfortable and the walk-in showers are perfect, especially the older I get! I highly recommend this hotel whenver you are in OKC.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express locations since their inception. As a result of a new job, I have stayed at this particular location twice in the last two months.
I have yet to stay at a better HI Express. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is cordial and knowledgable.
I would especially like to recognize Liisa who, during my last visit, was very helpful in providing me directions to the airport.

The Staff at the Quail Springs location are the best. They go out of their way to take care of us and to make sure we get the desired room location. We travel almost every week in Texas and Oklahoma and no other hotel comes close to your great service. That's why we keep coming back every few weeks. It seems that each time I call to make a reservation, I speak with Lisa. She is very customer focused and does a great job.
