Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendliest Night Manager - Convenient to Mercy and Heart Hospital I stayed at this HI because it was close to the hospital where my wives’ father was having a procedure. The hotel looks to be brand new. The memorable part of the stay was I messed up my reservation, but the night manager corrected my mistake with a smile. The other issue was a few noisy guests, but you find that everywhere and it doesn’t reflect on the hotel. I would stay there again if in the area. July 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great rooms and Service ffrom staff Rooms were very clean and spacious. Immediate service was provided to us when asking staff for extra towels, pillow etc.. Felt very secure staying there. keyed outer doors. Noise level was minimal at night. Lots of accessible parking. Easy to get to hospital. Good area for food establishments. Vending machines were clean and well stocked. Prompt cleaning of our room. Lots of coffee available in the dining room. Big help!! July 28, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Delcining Value of HI Express You used to be able to count on consistancy when you chose a Holiday Inn Express. Now you cannot. More an more you will get less and less at these hotels. This is the second one that I have found with no bathtubs, not acceptible for me, and the last 4 did not have refrigerators - standard in even the cheapest hotels I have stayed in - unless you were willing to pay extra - something I had to do 15 years ago, not now! Reason for stay - not even in the list on the reveiw - it was medical - not business, airline, or leisure. July 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from Home! From the very first time we stayed at this Holiday Inn Express, we knew we would be back. This Express hotel has always been very inviting. The surrounding grounds and parking area are clean and well kept. When you first enter the lobby you will notice it is bright and clean. The cheerful staff greets you as you check in for your stay. They are always ready to help in whatever way they can. The Breakfast area has also been a nice place to visit with friends and family in the evening hours. The rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable. We sleep better here than we do at home. We will be back. July 7, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs an Update Based on past experiences with HI Express we were looking forward to this stay. Unfortunately this hotel didn't deliver. The hotel itself seemed fine, people were very positive and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room itself was dark, poorly furnished, oddly configured and uncomfortable. The bed was too hard and the pillows too soft. We felt the room was not consistent with previous good experiences at HI Express and would have relocated during our stay if we could have found other options nearby. July 7, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great place but poor wifi I travel a lot, 30+ nights a year in hotels. I expect the best out of Holiday Inn Express and always get it. This is a nice, clean, well managed property but the wifi was poor. I was in a room about midway first floor and could not get service for my IPad and little for my IPhone. The desk gave me a help number for IT support, and still no luck. The next morning I tried again in the breakfast area and still a weak to unusable signal. I'll have to test the wifi before staying there again. I did not realize how important an extra hour of connected time in my room is to me when I travel. Now I know it trumps every consideration except for security and comfort. Be advised. July 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience I initially had reservations at a competitor, but those didn't work out so I stayed at the HI Express. I was very pleased with the hotel. The facility appeared to be brand new, but I was told it had been there 4 years. The room was great. I particularly liked the walk in shower. NO SHOWER CURTAIN TO MESS WITH. I was there for a convention and would not hesitate to stay there again. June 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable stay Comfortable but not the same high standard of decor, amenities, snacks and hot beverage choices as other Holiday Inn Express Hotels where I have stayed in the past. I like to have a hot cup of herbal tea before retiring. Almost every night the hot water had almost run out and there were no more lids or sleeves for the cups. When I asked at the front desk they quickly responded and replenished what I asked for, although the herbal tea was only available on the first night of my stay. I had to settle for decaf tea. The staff was very friendly and helpful the room was better than we thought and super clean. The bed and pillows were very nice! Breakfast was great every morning as well. This hotel was all of that and more, very clean with friendly staff, and comfortable beds. We did notice that there was no microwave, fridge or bathtub in the room nor is there a pool/hot tub, but it didn't matter to us. It does have decent exercise room. We are stair people and appreciate that the stairwells were even carpeted and clean. Good variety breakfast which was well serviced by attentive, friendly staff. Good location convenient to airport and restaurants. June 5, 2014

When I checked out, my charges were still on original card and clerk that morning told me it could NOT be changed. This is bad customer service and I am a platinum rewards card holder with IHG. I think its great for adults passing through and need a nice, clean and comfortable nights stay. Unfortunately, if your vacationing or have children, I would not recommend because there is no pool available. My son was told that the hotel next door allows Holiday Inn guest to use there pool. Not sure I'm comfortable with that. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast, although free it was not very appetizing. My first choice is usually the Holiday Inn and partner hotels for my family's stay and we look forward to the breakfast choices. There was only uncooked sausage, biscuits and gravy. There was no fruit available and the pancake machine was out of order. May 8, 2014
