This is the first hotel I have stayed at that the guest has to conform to the housekeeping schedule. Three times during our stay our room was not cleaned. The maid said that she had come by our room at 9:30am, and the do not disturb sign was out, and she only would come by once. They did not return again to clean the room.

I stay at this location quite often and I have never had any issues. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very accommodating.

I selected this hotel based on the on-line reviews and was certainly not disappointed. We found the rooms to be spacious, appointed well and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were initially concerned that the location was a little too far out of downtown, but it proved to be an easy and quick drive around OKC. There were also numerous places to eat nearby. The three of us travel each year for a long weekend in OKC and stayed at another hotel prior to this year, but we all agreed we will be returning to this particular one in the future.

My sister and I were meeting in Oklahoma City to visit our brother in ICU. Our plan had been to stay Thurs-Sunday am and go back to our homes. Unfortunately our brother died on Friday afternoon. We came back to the hotel, packed and headed west. I knew that I would need to purchase one prescription of medications that I use, but when I opened the section that I always pack them in I discovered that they were not there! I called your staff, explained my situation and asked that they package the medications for pick-up at a later date. When I came back to the Hotel on Tuesday morning (as I was headed for my home) I was able to pick up my meds and go my way.

I am very pleased with this location and recommend it highly. Everything was clean and in good repair. The staff was very friendly and informative. They were on top of things when bad weather threatened and informed all as to what to do in the event of destructive storms. This really helped calm our anxiousness as there was plenty weather coming and going. The location was a plus as there were plenty of places to dine close by and the mall is close as well. I will return again should my travels get me close by again.

I was staying at the hotel because my daughter had a baby at Mercy Hospital. She was released quicker than expected. I was 1hr. & 30 min. late checking out and the charged me the full price the the night I didn't stay. My room hadn't been cleaned for the day when I checked out. I am sure they rented the room again for the night. They didn't tell me that I could have gotten a special hospital rate either. All they said was have a nice day. Very unhappy with Holiday Inn right now.

We were in OKC visiting family during Mothers Day weekend and for a golf tournament. We always put the privacy tab on the door while we are eating breakfast and getting ready. Sunday morning, we left fairly early, as we went to church with our kids, on to lunch, shopping and dinner. Much to our surprise, we came in and our room had never been touched by housekeeping. We were very disappointed, to say the least. And yes, we remembered to take the privacy tab off!!! We had to call downstairs for more towels, which were promptly delivered. But someone definitely dropped the ball here!!

I actually looked at the review for this hotel before booking and can honestly say that it was a great one night stay. So, I wanted to write mine. This hotel was friendly, clean, quiet (which we stayed on a Monday night) and in a great area. It was a little off the "beaten path" for us but worth it. Prices were pretty average. FYI...they do charge a nonrefundable fee for the dog which they tell you upfront at time you call in to book (just to let anyone who plans on staying there with a dog). The only minor complaints I have is I really would have liked a coffee pot in my room. I like making my own coffee because I like it stronger than offered at any hotels. The other complaint was the side exit door is very "heavy" and hard to open especially when bringing all your stuff in from the car. I meant to let the staff know so hope they do read these reviews. Room was clean, staff very courteous and accommodating and my husband and I (and dog) would definitely stay there again. Oh and our dog enjoyed his stay too and this was his first trip away from home. We did bring our own fan for the night to help drown out any room doors opening and shutting because our dog does bark at that. There are also plenty of eating places around and a mall very close by.

No complaints whatso ever. One of the better stays I've had.
This place has:
- Attention to detail
- Very helpful staff, especiallty the young gentleman that checked me in.
- Attention to Platinum Status members. Have stayed here multiple times and have never failed to upgrade me. Room with fireplace was really nice.
- Good location. Close to Quail Springs Mall and plenty of selecitons for eating, Easy access to the nearby turnpike.
- Spotless rooms
- Excellent value for the money,
Would stay here again.

I stayed here for six weeks this Spring so this review is both current and thorough.
Starting with reservations (perfect) and advancing to how welcoming and friendly the Staff is (first impressions are excellent), to important daiy activity like a nourishing breakfast (loved the scrambled eggs), great coffee, and housekeeping (timely and excellent), I was very pleased with the entire package.
And, it's QUIET-and, rules about no smoking have been enforced so there's no icky smells anywhere. This is important to me!
The area is upscale, lots of foodie places nearby, all types, all prices. And, golf courses are close as well. There is a public
course at Lake Hefner (5 miles south) that has an excellent practice area and 36 interesting golf holes.
Conveniently located at the SE corner of 74 and The Kilpatrick, When I'm in Oklahoma City, this is definitely my first choice.

Stayed 1 night on April 5th. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But compared to other Holiday Inn Epress hotels, this room (133) did not compare. It did not have a microwave or a mini refrigerator. Also, the bathroom was just weird. It had this walk-in situation that was made out of a one piece shower thing that was L shaped, just weird. Also, the decor in the hotel seemed a little cheap. I really didn't feel like I was at a Holiday Inn Express. And, this is probably something the hotel can't do anything about, but the water smells, and made the bathroom smell. It is probably a result of the Oklahoma City water purification system. However, the front desk staff was nice; and their morning b-fast was on par with other Holiday Inn Express hotels :)

Stayed one night in a two room, king suite. The 2 rooms were large, comfortable, well furnished, quite, great bed and pillows. Check in was quick with very friendly service. Everything was over and above what I would expect. Would definetly stay here again when I was in the area. The price of the room was extremely reasonable for the quality and comfort.

I was there 8 nights for business. The staff was excellent, friendly. The room (suite) was an outstanding value for the rate paid. I couldn't recommend this location more. The only downfall was I had to send in my Priority Club info through the website because it wasn't attached to my reservation. No big deal honestly. Thank you.

The property is excellent as far as price, location(when you can finally locate it), room size & decor, bed comfort and proxmity to shopping and dining.
The property's exterior is very nice w/ the Tx Hill country lime stone look. Locating the property via GPS is the challenge. This location has not been submitted by the IHG group for travelers to locate by inputting the address given. If using "Hotels" as the POI on the GPS, this property is not in the choice of locations though I found numerous other IHG hotels in the 10 mile radius. This needs to be corrected. I finally called the hotel and the young lady did give me directions to find the property.
The young lady at the registration/check in desk was very courteous but maybe this particular property doesn't recognize Priority Club members for being members or by giving members bottled water or other items as most properties do; or as I've become accustomed to. Maybe I've become spoiled by the membership perks! I also didn't have by bill under my door as is usually the case and I did have to check out by going down stairs and closing out my bill though no additional hotel expenses were incurred. Not a big deal, but I found it a bit odd.
Overall a nice stay, but again, I've probably become spoiled by being a Priority Club member by other properties. I'll definitely stay again, but temper my expectations of what to expect by being a Priority Club member at this very nice property.

My friends and I stayed at this Holiday inn during the first week on January. We were in OKC for a birthday party and this hotel was found and booked through my Priority Rewards card.
The front entrance and hotel rooms were well kept and maintained. We found nothing to be dirty or disgusting. We were only there for the weekend so it wasn't a long stay. We had fresh towels, a clean shower, and clean bed sheets on our queen size beds.
The Sunday morning breakfast selection wasn't 5-star, but this wasnt a 5-star, high dollar hotel. The breakfast selection and choices were normal - eggs, banana, biscuits, gravy, cereal, milk, etc. My friends and I split the hotel fee 3 ways and each had to pay a very small amount.
We each paid a small amount, but received great quality service from Holiday Inn.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn on a regular basis on business and I will not go anywhere else in OKC. The ladies treat me as family and the facilities are spotless. This area of town is clean and safe with an abundance of restaurants and shopping. This location is setting the standard.

At least three times we were awakend by dog barking. If we knew you allowed pets we would not have booked with you.

We relly enjoyed our stay. Close to some great places to eat. Target and Walmart are close by. Also the mall is very close. We will be back for sure. Great place to stay.
Also the doors, other than the front door, are locked and can only gain entry by your room key. There are doors at each end and the middle of the hotel for easy access to your rooms. The middle door is right by the elevator. Again great place to stay.
Oops forgot. I didn't comment on the breakfast choices because we overslept and had to rush out to make it to an appointment.

Our arrival was a nightmare due to incorrect address and directions;
We were traveling west from St Louis,MO.
confirmation address - 3520 NW 135th
hotel staff given address - 3500 West Memorial
Neither worked in our GPS. This all resulted in us driving many extra miles and becoming upset and concerned we would ever find your hotel.
Disappointed only suites had refrigerators and they were small. Also, very disappointed all rooms had showers, NO BATHTUBS.

I have stayed at this facility at least a half dozen times the past year. In the past, there have been no problems. My most recent trip, however, I returned to my room after being out all day one day (of a 5 day stay) to find my used towels still on the floor of the bathroom, though fresh towels had also been placed. I chalked it up to a minor oversight on the part of housekeeping. However, the next evening I returned after being out all day to find that clearly no one from housekeeping had even come into my room. The bed was not made, the pile of dirty towels on the bathroom floor was growing (now not having been removed for two days). I called the front desk and told them about this. They told me they'd take care of it. I find it very bothersome that I was still charged full price on my bill when I did not receive the full service due to me by the hotel. No one subsequently apologized for the lapse of service that occurred two days in a row. No one decreased my bill. It seems to me at this hotel you get what you get; and they're not going to go out of their way to rectify the situation. While previous experiences were fine; this one really soured my view of the hotel. Hopefully they do better in the future.

I liked the hotel and it was very comfortable. I would stay there again if I did not have a pet. The issue is that the pet fees and pet rules are not listed openly on the webiste when you reservse a room. I actually called to verify that I could bring a pet and nothing was ever mentioned on the phone. If airlines have to disclose all fee maybe hotels should too.
